They never pick up their phone , I had some lab tests done and being sent to the doctor but I’ve never received any call from the doctor to inform me whether they were fine or not it’s been over a month and I’m still waiting ,for 3 days in a row no one was able to pick up the phone until yesterday when the receptionist picked up and said she was busy and not available to answer.

I went there this morning thinking the walk in clinic opens at 10am just like the sign on the door states. I noticed there was no one at the front desk so I asked the pharmacist if the doctor is in. She says no not until tomorrow at 1pm. I then noticed another sign but couldn't read it as it WAS NOT in English. It's very frustrating and inconvenient.

Do not go here! They do not care about your needs. They don’t even treat you there for nothing all they do is write out notes to go see real doctors and they charge OHIP.
