We got the 90 min package (60min massage + 30min facial). The overall vibe of the place is very nice and calm, very friendly and welcoming staff as well. The downside for me was that my massage therapist was extremely distracted throughout the entire massage. When she was actually giving me the massage, she seemed to have good technique, but she would stop all of a sudden, or her hands would just linger as if she was focused on something else. This made me more restless, wondering what's happening rather than actually relaxing during the session. At one point, one of her hands was paused on my arms, and I had to turn back and ask her to increase pressure, which is when I saw her looking down towards something else. I'm not sure what the distraction was. After a while at another point, she covered me and then just left the room without saying anything mid-session and did not come back for over 2-3 mins. I looked over to the other staff member who was working on my friend, and she just smiled and said she must have been called or something, which was even more weird. Who just leaves a room mid session without informing the client why she needs to step out during a timed massage session? I realized later that this might have been because our appointment was set up for 6pm, which means the staff had to stay for half an hour more after the clinic's closing time to give us the full treatment.
So I wouldn't recommend getting the last slot of the day as a distracted massage is definitely not relaxing. I had a bad headache going in and my masseuse initially had welcomed me saying this treatment will help me with the headache but because I was so restless with her distracted treatment that I couldn't really relax as much as I wished I would and sadly my headache was worse by the end of it.
Also, for me, the facial was not really worth it, although coming with the package, some people may find it okay. It's basically a 10 min steam, 2 face washes, and then a sheet mask, which is left for another 10 mins, and that's it. The description said organic facial, so I was expecting something completely different, which was a bit of a disappointment.

We got a great deal in group on for this place. You wouldn't know it looks so nice from the outside. When we went in it looked so nice and everybody was very nice. We have couple massage booked and arrived on time and the massage started on time too. I enjoyed the whole massage but unfortunately my friend didn't have the same experience. My masseuse was very sweet , she seemed like she was starting out new and was very careful and doing it well. The masseuse my friend got seems like she was a senior and didn't put much effort.

We had massage and then facial. Facial was a pure disappointment. We got our face washed and they used sheet mask and a light massager both easily available at home and not worth the price.
So this place is hit and miss.

Got a massage with my friend by Chris and Day. They did such a great job and made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole experience. We also got facial which was good. We also enjoy the salt room which was very relaxing. Will definitely be back for Chris and Day’s amazing service. Thank you so much. 10/10

Bought a couples massage here from Groupon. After reading the horrible reviews I was scared for my appointment thinking the same thing would happen.
Thankfully we had a wonderful experience! We were greeted upon entry and after filling out a form we were brought into the massage where we received a fantastic treatment.
Left feeling very relaxed. Thank you Oceana Holistic ❤️

Really great experience! We had booked the 2.5 hour couples pampering package which included a 60 minute massage, 30 minute basic organic facial, 30 minute infrared sauna with Himalayan salt, and 30 minute hand and foot detox. I really liked the fact that they had a detailed intake form to ensure they are made aware of any medications or medical history for each client. The massage therapists were very professional and friendly. They ensured to apply pressure depending on the tolerance you indicate on the form (light, medium, or deep). Overall, it’s a very clean and relaxing environment. Definitely a great alternative if you don’t plan on going out of the city for relaxation.

Went for First time, bought group-on Customer service was okay
but didn’t had the good experience at all. Massage lady didn’t even put pressure on the body, 0% recommended. Facial is totally scam, they just wash face and then put mask that’s it, no massage no exfoliation nothing. Sauna is also average. Do not spend money buying pampering package it not worth it seriously.

I personally am considering legal action but as I live in the u.s it is difficult to do so. I was very excited to get a massage with my partner as this was for my birthday and his, but from the get go upon entry, I felt ashamed and discriminated against (I’m plus size, not gigantic but not small), because when they picked up the papers we signed and read them, the masseuse that had my paper pleaded to switch upon realizing it was mine. And then the lady that ended up with me rolled her eyes and was upset.. we got undressed and laid on the table as you do, and the only thing that was massaged was my back and forearms/hands. My legs and feet were not touched, a massage is supposed to make you come out feeling better not exponentially worse. I cried my heart out after this appointment, I’ve never felt so devalued as a human. The pressure was very rough, on paper I asked for between medium and soft pressure. Not hard/rough, and I told her multiple times it was too rough, she responded but continued going hard. I was wincing, my body is not sensitive to touch that was not the problem. And she used her fingers/thumbs to roughly push into my neck, for too long. I kept telling her it was too much but no pressure changed at all. After it was over my back was in a lot of pain, they left the room for a second to prep for the facial and all I could hear was laughing and giggling, and inappropriate remarks about me. When everything was over she sarcastically asked me if I feel any better, stifling laughs with her hand. I had bruises afterwards (I have pictures but as it’s in certain areas I will not post here) and ever since (it’s been months, I emailed a long time ago but received nothing in response that I have seen atleast) my upper back always hurts now and I have only ever had lower back pain because I have a larger chest, I have never in my entire life had upper back pain until that appointment. I’m not trying to be spiteful with this comment and I hope I get an appropriate response to it, this has given me some form of trauma because I will never go anywhere for a massage again, and it was recommended by my doctor to get one done by a physical therapist but I couldn’t because I started crying during the appointment. I just wanted to alleviate my back pain, not come out much worse in the end.
