It seems to be over the past 1.5 years, peach physio has been my second home. From having two babies and two very different postpartum experiences, I’m forever thankful that peach and Kyla are available to serve our community, truly a resource so many new moms need. I also did stroller strides in 2023 and now again in 2025 and it’s a great program to meet other new moms and work on your fitness post baby. Thank you everyone, Kyla, Kate and Steve. You run a tight and fantastic ship!

I had great experience with Steven Peach at Peach physiotherapy Centre. He took the time to assess my condition thoroughly, explained the treatment plan and includes acupunture as part of my therapy. The sessions were effective, and I noticed improvement after following his recommendations. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience even better. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality physiotherapy care.

I have had the pleasure of being treated by Steve, Ilona and Carissa, for different conditions. They all took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, listen to my concerns, and explain the treatment plan in detail.
The exercises and techniques they recommended were personalized to my specific needs. The paper copy of the exercises was always very helpful. Thanks to their expertise, I have experienced significant improvement in my mobility and pain levels. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking physiotherapy!

Peach Physio has been so important in my journey both in pregnancy and as a new mom. Starting with physio in pregnancy, I also attended the Stroller Strides group starting when I was 3 months postpartum Kyla was amazing at managing the group of moms and their little ones. There are a variety of different exercises and modifications that met everyone’s needs. She made sure we understood the different exercises and gave adjustments where needed, and many of these exercises are ones you can practice at home as well. After the first class I immediately signed up for the next sessions starting in the new year. Would highly highly recommend!

Amazing place! I had an injury in one of my shoulders and I got help from Carissa and in just a few weeks I saw major improvements in feeling less pain, and about 6 weeks total and I am back to work with no problems! I couldn't recommend Peach physio more!

I am so grateful for Peach Physio giving me back my mobility! I had knee replacement surgery in December and nerve pain throughout recovery.I worried that I 'd never get back to normal.Today I am able to do everything independently.Special thanks to Kelly for her warmth and encouragement and helping me to strive a little bit further than I thought I could achieve.I know I will be able to play with my great-grandchildren at the park this spring and that means the world to me! Highly recommend Kyla! Professional, patient, very knowledgeable and fantastic at what she does! Things change when you grow older, Kyla helped normalize this and give me so many take away tools to help down the road here at home!
