Upon entering the facility, I was warmly greeted with a "Good morning" by the receptionist, who exhibited a pleasant demeanor. My technician, Avery, provided exceptional service; she made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. Avery worked efficiently while maintaining a gentle approach. She thoughtfully accommodated my request to elevate the examination bed to prevent dizziness, as I experience vertigo, and consistently checked on my well-being during the scan. This experience was remarkably relaxing, especially considering my ongoing discomfort. Avery exemplifies professionalism in her role.

Very unprofessional reception and rude client service. Got to wait in a line and then was rudely asked to step aside simply because other people behind me who had come in later were far more important( appointment wise). What happened to first come first attend basis. You can't simply ignore one person's need for being there over another. Everyone's there for a reason and everyone's time is important to them so front desk at this place should learn how to politely treat customers or at least cater to their issues in a respectful civilized manner.

While in the waiting room a lady who was checking in collapsed both ladies behind the counter sprung up. Helped the lady while she was on the floor brought a technician from the back called 911 and were awesome with the customer.
Thanks for your caring and great attitude throughout the time until the paramedics arrived.

A perfect embodiment of the Canadian healthcare system in 2024. I've been trying to BOOK an appointment for 3 days now - I'm pretty sure they lost my requisition paperwork. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone - and when I went in person I had to insist on booking the appointment now since I was there anyways (the receptionist pointed out an encyclopedia sized stack of forms, and implied she'd call me when she could get around to it). I just left after waiting a bit and asked to be sent somewhere else. This company seems incredibly disorganized and clearly doesn't have the resources to meet community needs.

Have a booked appointment that is incorrect, I've already had this test done at CKHA a month ago. Not open until the day before my appointment, so I waited. But when I call there's just a recorded messsage...no way to reach anyone. I'm not going to take this test again, thank you.

Techs and employees are fine. Administration and process is garbage. Can't even BOOK an appointment because everywhere but one location (that is an hour's drive away) is booked for the next two months and a half months.

I got a call from this number today as I cancelled my 18-20 week anatomy scan. I went into the Chatham location on 7/15 to book my anatomy scan. They booked me in at 15 weeks 4 days when I specifically said not to.

The lady said she was going book me a new appointment, no problem, that's great! I explained to the lady today that 15 weeks is too early for an anatomy scan as what they are looking for is not developed at 15 weeks (as per my doctors office and ultrasound tech) . It would be a waste of the techs time, my time and would be an open spot for someone who needs it. She asked me when my LMP was and I had to explain twice that I had a MC so the dates will not be accurate. She was argumentative about that. I attempted to explain to her that booking early - mid august is what will be most ideal for the technician to do a proper scan.

She said per the radiologist, my anatomy scan should be July 15th-22nd which makes no sense, as there are no issues with the baby and she argued with me saying that's what the radiologist states (even though my OB said everything was great).

That's when she said she was going to keep my appointment. I told her I wasn't going to the appointment. She did not want to offer any other sort of solution besides keeping my appointment.

The administration part of Clear Image is horrible.

The techs on the other hand are fantastic 5/5 for them.
