Both my husband & were scene at the Ridgetown & Chatham locations. Nurses at both locations were thorough & kind. Was very surprised at how quickly x rays & a referral to a specialist was provided. We were seen by an orthopedic clinic within 2 weeks. Follow up by the clinic physician was timely. Usually able to get an appointment same day or at most the next. Will recommend their services.

I finished chemotherapy a few months ago and I'm still recovering. I came down with a bad illness this week and none of my medical providers would genuinely listen to me and provide documentation for work.

The nurse and the doctor who attended to me today so were so incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Thank you for taking care of me today.

Poor service, new to Chatham.. I could not locate the clinic.. reached for the appointment 5 mins late .The nurse was rude.. no explanation- I was expected to provide one reason for my visit and that would be discussed with doctor telemedicine. I was disappointed when she closed the door on me after I expressed my frustration. I did not raise my voice for her to behave rudely ..

My wife is 7 weeks pregnant with severe morning sickness. We got booked in to From Here to There Nurse Concierge and the nurse was very kind and asked all of the necessary questions. They wouldn’t let me in the room with my wife, despite the fact that the doctor to be seen would be via video conference.

My wife gets online with The Doctor, she tells him her symptoms, and asks if she wants to abort the baby?! He continues to be dismissive and telling her that she doesn’t know she’s pregnant, a pregnancy test doesn’t mean you’re pregnant (we’ve been taking tests for 6 months trying to conceive, all were negative until the 2 we took on separate days were POSITIVE. End of the call, he wouldn’t prescribe her with any anti-nausea medication, basically told her she wasn’t pregnant.

Later that evening, my wife collapses and convulses and is taken to the emergency and guess what?! SHE’S 7 WEEKS PREGNANT!! We got to see the baby through an ultrasound. She had to be treated with IV and prescribed anti-nausea meds, NO thanks to the Good Doctors.

If you’re wishing to be scolded and neglected for the health issues only you are experiencing, but are told otherwise, then the Not-so-good Doctors is the place to be.

I have been using this walk in clinic for 3 years. Today I went in without appointment, I have a referral from a naturopath for blood work and need a practitioner to give me proper paperwork so I can go get this completed. I was told I NEED an appointment, even though there was someone who hadn’t shown for an appointment. This is no longer a walk in clinic, it is a book appointment or you don’t get in.

I arrived 5 minutes late for my appointment as I have severe morning sickness due to being pregnant, and I also have a 9 month old baby who is teething. It’s very hard to get anywhere on time.
I asked the nurse approximately how long I would be waiting as I only have a babysitter for a short period of time- she stated that because I was 5 minutes late she is now fully booked and will not be taking me back.
There is a 5 minute grace period that apparently doesn’t apply to everyone, she was snarky and rude, and when I asked if because she gave my time slot away I could receive a refund for the $17 appointment that would have taken 5 minutes, she stated that my being late wasn’t her fault and that it’s not possible to get refunded.
When this was the “good doctors” I was never treated so poorly, she seemed annoyed to have to speak to me.
Very unprofessional.
Won’t be returning, especially when I just lost $20 as a pregnant single mom on welfare.

highway robbery. pay $20 to see rude nurses and doctors over facetime.
they gave me the birth control shot without pregnancy testing me first. and i was pregnant.
a doctor told me flat out that ive had a possible miscarriage instead of just saying it may be too early in the pregnancy to detect a heartbeat, no bedside manners or nice way to put it, just a gut punch and then hung up, and made me wait over a month to find out if i was pregnant or not (i was). the amount of stress that put on me, and then i had to make another appointment just to read results (they wouldnt tell me over a phone call, i tried).
this place is my ultimate last resort and i am always disappointed. supposed to be a “walk in clinic” but you need to make an appointment or they wont see you, theyre “fully booked” with absolutely no one else in the waiting room. and to make an appointment lately is booked 3 days ahead of time.
however, my most recent experience, i was surprised i was able to make an appointment at 10:30pm for 10:15am the next day (less than 12 hours away). eventually i decided to cancel the appointment because i would rather go to my family doctor which is an hour drive away. i made sure to check if there was anything about cancellation policies/refunds anywhere on the website or in my confirmation emails, there wasnt. i proceeded with the cancellation, i waited a week and still no refund. i called and was told since i cancelled less than 12 hours before my appointment i will not receive a refund. i didnt even make the appointment 12 hours ahead of time! so i paid for a service that i did not receive, and i cant even put that money towards rescheduling or using for future appointments or anything.
the 12 hour rule is not listed anywhere and the best part is there’s nobody but the nurses you can contact to complain/fight it! i am absolutely done with this place, never going back and obviously wouldn’t recommend. beyond upset. id give 0 stars if that was an option. good job stealing from people who need help! 👍🏼

I went for an appt and my husband went for an appt. My appt went well and I got to talk to a doctor. My husband's not so much. He wasn't even allowed to talk to a doctor, I paid for both of us to be looked at, I expect to have BOTH of us to be looked at by a doctor! I would say it depends on the nurse you get for your appt to go as expected. Definitely try to book with Brittany because she will let you actually talk to a doctor! The price isn't much, but it's still not fully covered by OHIP. As of right now it is $16.95 including taxes to be seen. If the price goes any higher, I wouldn't waste your time or money on this service unless it is absolutely necessary. Spend your $17 on gas to go to tilbury or elsewhere if you want good results.
