Amazing service today. We were on vacation from out of town. My husband was having much discomfort in his ear. We stopped by with the concern and the front line staff were eager to assist and have the Dr check out the concerns. In and out in less than an hour with concern looked after, wonderful patient experience. Thank you so much.

It was my first time there due to trouble hearing left thinking I was yelling. It was very clean and welcoming inside with the lady’s at the front were very nice and friendly as well as the doctor, it was cheaper then others. I will definitely be going back after that experience!

My daughter came in to get ear plugs made. The staff was very friendly. They made the experience for my daughter fun! The gentleman that did the plugs was very gentle. He explained what he was doing so she wasn’t scared and the whole process was quick! Did not have to wait long at all!

I’m of the age where hearing loss is common so under my family’s directions I booked an appointment at Dalios. My opinions of customer service are defined by the three ‘p’s’:
1) Professional.
2) Prompt.
3) Personable.

Dalios receives my highest marks in all three categories. The staff was kind and knowledgeable in leading me through the world of obtaining hearing assistance devices. They never made me wait for or during an appointment and replied to my inquiries quickly. They were genuinely nice.

Dr. Theodore Dalios and his Team are simply amazing. Very compassionate and kind every time I've been in. I have utilized his service a few times for ear blockage and always had excellent, prompt care! Thank You !!
