I would not recommend this company.
We paid for our garage door install in full back in February 2022. The company came out to do their measurements on two separate occasions and still the wrong size door was ordered two times. They never even had the decency to call and let us know any of the issues with the ordering. I had to call multiple, multiple times to figure out what was going on. It wasn’t until September we had found out anything regarding the install and yet again the wrong door was ordered. There was confirmation that the job was to be completed on October 24, confirmed by two people and they never showed up, and did not even confirm that the new door had come in. As of today, October 31, the company showed up to do the install and if I could post pictures of their completed job, you would never want to have this company install a door for you. The workers didn’t even have the decency to let me know that they had completed, just packed up and left.

Definitely the only place to go in the London and Chatham area if you're looking for a garage door. Their proceed are great and the product is top shelf. Staff is helpful and service is fast

It's unfortunate that a company that installs doors, does not stand behind their products and installation. Twice now, my 20' door has jammed up the cables and causes the opener to go a bit haywire, leaving the door stuck open. This also caused the cable to rip through the outside seal. The service technician is good at what he does, the issue is the people behind the scenes. Talking to the door sales manager, insists that the manufacture will not warranty the seal. This door is only 10 months old and was just shy of $8,000. It shouldn't stop at the manufacture's opinion. Most door companies would make it right, however the sales manager hung up on me instead. This has been ongoing for the last 4 weeks now. You have to call them if you want to get any sort of resolution, if any. Buy your door elsewhere!

*The door cables came off the first time BEFORE anything was touched. When you say the original installation was changed, yes the brackets were installed parallel to the trusses by your installer. My ceiling steel has to be mounted perpendicular to the trusses, as all ceiling steel does. Therefore the brackets must be parallel to the ribs of the steel. I DID install side support brackets as your installer recommended, which he saw on his last visit, so you saying that I did not do what was recommended is untrue. Not to mention the initial install had the one pusher spring missing the door, which was part of the problem. The other part of the problem (this comes from the installer not me) was the swing wasn't wound tight enough.

Again, this is something a homeowner should NOT have to worry about when hiring out a job and getting a business to provide the door and install it.

You have my number so I'm not sure why I have to call, you clearly hope I don't call as your sales manager left me hanging for 3 weeks and I had to call her back to ask where we are with this.

Not sure why but it has been 10 days or more and have still heard nothing after coming and taking measurements. Find someone else who wants to do business
