This has been the most stressful experience. First order I had to cancel. Second order my husband picked up part of my order got it home opened the box and one end table and the coffee table are broken. Told to call customer service then told it will take anywhere from 3 to 5 days for them to get back to me . Thank for wrecking my family xmas this weekend . Not worth one star

A while waiting for sales person as he was already busy with customer. However, Joel at Chatham location was efficiencies, Profesional & friendly. Purchased went smoothly & quick. Customer Service Representative was equally plepleasant. Would definitely recommend to a friend as my sister referred me to the store.

The sales reps are great at selling the products, but nobody stands behind the products they sell. Not once have they ever been helpful when it came to warranty. Purchased extra warranty for a set of couches that was supposed to cover EVERYTHING. When I called in because one of the couches was coming apart, and to put that warranty to use, well wouldn't you know it, it wasn't covered. So much for this GREAT warranty that covers EVERYTHING. But like I said, they have awesome sales reps, just zero backbone to stand behind what they sell, be it the product or the warranty. And to think we've been loyal customers for 20 years. I'd give a negative 5 star if it was an option!

I went in to buy 4 appliances on the 50 month interst fee plan. Hunter was very helpful and I bought exactly what I was looking for.

Let me premise by saying I wish I could give Tepperman's 5 stars, especially to the local Chatham Store which has been nothing but amazing every time.

I moved from BC to Chatham last year and had to refurnish my entire house. Glad to say Tepperman's filled a large portion of that piece and the sales staff and desk staff were always helpful and were always there when we needed them. Thank you!

LOCAL CHATHAM STORE:

Amazing Team and huge shout out to Justin Prince. Always knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. In fact, Justin was able to help me in 15 minutes what it took Tepperman's Customer Care over 1 week. Thank you, Justin, for going the extra mile, and essentially saving a customer.

NOT RECOMMENDED:

As mentioned above, the local store is absolutely amazing. I did have the unfortunate experience dealing with their Customer Care. They admitted to me, on their recorded line, which I asked if it was, that they denied my one and only claim while NOT having all the information. Only when I challenged them on the denial, that they admitted to not asking all the details, but still denied my claim despite it, without a chance to discuss, or ask for additional information.

So, either Customer Care at Tepperman's is incompetent, or they are mandated to deny your claim immediately, even without all the information or missing the information and seem to have no desire or willingness to ask or dig deeper to help you.

To add insult to injury here, this was my one and only claim for all the items I purchased throughout the year.

Customer Care should thank Justin and the local team because on the heels of Customer Care I asked the store to cancel the larger order that I still have not received yet.

Thank you, Justin, and thank you to the local Chatham store for actually listening and wanting to work together. Customer Care should spend some time at the Chatham store.

When we went into the store today we had a basic idea what we were looking for. Vince greeted us and helped us narrow down exactly what we needed and was able to further discount us on our purchase. After we were finished signing the paperwork with customer service and we're about to exit the store he made a point to come over and say goodbye to us and make sure we were happy with our purchase. Very professional.
Can't wait to get our new furniture.

I walked into the Store without too many expectations to purchase a new recliner. I met with a wonderful surprise of a knowledgable and friendly staff member, Rhonda. I informed her of my needs and immediately informed me that she had something that she sensed filled my need. She was right and I purchased the chair on her story and she then explained the total purchase. I am so grateful that Rhonda was there to assist me.

Alex, the sales associate, was both helpful and knowledgeable. The one thing that disappointed me was the service fee attached to the financing plan I chose. I was not informed about that until I was checking out. My understanding was that I wouldn’t have to pay that fee again since I already had an account that I had just paid off within the past month. So what I’m basically left with is a $100.00 markup on my purchase. I’m really not happy about that! It’ll make me think twice before doing this with you folks again.
