Alvin and Christian came even earlier than expected to my emergency call. They were polite and efficiently went about their business in my dungeon of a basement. They worked quickly to investigate my plumming problem, and kept me informed of each step in their process. While it was bad plumbing news for me, they retained their professional demeanor throughout the two hours spent in my home. I would recommend them to anyone in the Port Hope area.

My mom called superior to look at our shower handle wasn’t working came and checked tried to charge my mom 2600$ and all we needed was a new cartridge I will never recommend them to anyone they are just price gouges

We had an issue with water dripping from under the kitchen sink. Plumber Dave was very knowledgeable. He explained to us that the piping system under our sink was not as per the standards. He offered multiple options and we are satisfied with his work. It’s been 6 months since the job was completed and we haven’t had any issues.
