Waited for an hour for wife’s appointment before we got up and left. Receptionist said he was away on an emergency call - letting us know would have been the courteous thing to do. Others waiting had been there for as much as 2 hours.

Was referred to Dr. Lisi by my family doctor. My original appointment was canceled due to the doctor having to perform an emergency surgery. Rebooked for another day…

The morning of my appointment, I called the office as per the receptionists advice to see if they were running on schedule. I was told they were running an hour late. Waited around for about an hour and was finally called and told to come upstairs. After I got upstairs I was told to go take a seat and wait until I was called. I started talking to the other lady who was waiting for her appointment, and she told me that this doctor was always running late. After about 45 minutes, the other lady ended up getting up and leaving due to frustration. I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be and she seemed to have no idea 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had taken the day off for this appointment, and after waiting over 2 hours I decided to leave as well and have my family doctor rebook me with another surgeon. This is not the way to treat people! I understand that things happen and sometimes doctors run late, but 2 hours?!?! This apparently is the normal for this Doctor. What an absolute joke.

I was taken in by ambulance on a Tuesday at 4:00am with severe abdominal pain. After a series of tests it was determined my gallbladder had to come out. Dr Lisi had his team do the operation on Dec 23 at 9:00pm. I was able to return home the next day. The time and care was second to none. I can't thank him and his team for their expert care.
