My experience today was great. I called for sand. They provided some guidance and with a couple of hours got a truck load delivered. Staff and delivery were very helpful. I will definitely get all the other landscaping materials from Georgian Bay Outdoors

Georgian Bay Outdoors is hands down the best place in the area for Landscaping Supplies.
Have been to a few places here, but nothing comes close to the selection, stock, and most importantly fantastic people with amazing attitude.
From the Order Desk to Yard Staff, everyone has been so fantastic.

This company had awful customer service and I would not recommend them.
I wanted to buy stone at Georgian Bay Outdoors Landscape and Masonry. They quoted me $7.20 per square foot. I wanted to pay for the stone with my credit card on the spot but the salesperson, Alex, said that it wasn’t necessary as he would send me the quote via email and I could pay then. When I received the quote less than 2 hours later, he had increased the price to $9.50 per square foot- over 30% increase! He said it was due to increasing shipment costs but the stone was in stock. I emailed and called the next day with no response.
I found the same stone at Kell’s Garden City in Innisfil for $6.75 per square foot and they were amazingly helpful and responsive.

Amazing knowledgeable staff. We have completed many projects with them and they are with you from the start to the end. GBO is more than just a retail outlet...they know their product and how to use it in the landscape. Keep up the great work GBO team!
