A+ experience. Had an unknown issue with my gaming PC and brought it into Parker's tech shop to me fixed. In just over 24 hours, my PC was fixed and back to normal. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable, and the prices were in my opinion super reasonable. Very happy with my experience, and will definitely recommend to others in the area.

I have an older laptop that needed a charging port. They gave me a price range with no pressure to ditch it and buy a new one. Actual repair was the low end of the quote!!!
Just called about a phone upgrade and Carl was helpful and gave me some good advice.

Can’t recommend this place highly enough! I’m not a techy person, so need all help I can get.
Several years ago, went in to buy a laptop. After asking me to explain what I would use it for, they suggested all I needed was a tablet. And they were right! Could have simply sold me a laptop for several hundred dollars more but instead, took the time to figure out what I really needed.
A couple of months ago, needed a new cellphone. Again, took the time to help me figure out what I needed, switched me to a much better plan and had me set up and ready to go in short order.
A few weeks ago, needed to replace my very old computer. Bought a refurbished laptop which I love but then discovered that I was unable to scan documents. Unable to figure out the problem, called Parker’s. Joel spent almost half an hour on the phone with me walking me through what needed to be done.

Awesome service.
They helped with my laptop quickly and at a fair price.
We sent in a broken iphone screen which needed replacement. Parker's was able to fix the screen the same day at a great cost...much cheaper than replacing the whole phone!
