Had a great experience with Dr. Zain Saigar and his whole team at Collingwood Dental Centre today! I called this morning as my 5-year-old has a toothache. They were able to fit us in and were exceptionally thorough, kind and explained what was going on so well. Very appreciative and highly recommend!

Had my first Crown done by Dr M. Saigar in January 2024. No impressions or scan before removing the old tooth. The crown was drawn out on computer by hand. The result was horrible. It ended up being shaped like a table without any of the anatomy. I have tried to live with it but it's too much of a difference from my natural tooth. I went to a new dentist after 20 years at this office. My new dentist commented on the terrible result. Now my insurance won't cover a re-do and have to pay out of pocket of $1600. Originally I paid 40% of the cost. Total now over $2000 for a crown. A terrible experience. If Dr M Saigar scanned or had taken impressions before removing my natural tooth, there wouldn't be any issues.

Dr.Zain explained potential issues very clearly, and spent quite a bit of time going over things that showed up in my x-rays compared to the discussions I’ve had with previous dentists. He is not one to push interventions for the sake of doing additional work unless truly necessary. Other staff members were pleasant and personable.
