I have been renting from Enterprise in New Windsor for work for a long time. I ALWAYS have a great experience and receive excellent customer service. Shawn, Shenoy (I hope I spelled her name correctly), and Jaylen always go out of their way to make sure I'm set, and pick me up whenever I need assistance getting to their location. They are such a great team and all deserve a raise and a promotion! ? For me it's the little things that matter and lead up to the big things, and they always come through. I recommend everyone to use their services in New Windsor. They do so much for their customers. ?

Stunned by the level of helpfulness and professionalism shown by the two employees that helped me today. They helped my friend and I get a rental car in an emergency and hour BEFORE the official open time. Highly recommended to anyone in the area!

I am very happy with the people and the service, car was dropped off for me a little late and when it was to be returned, I was told I could leave it right at the repair place where I picked up my car. The only thing I was a little unhappy about was that there was no warning until the day of, that the days for insurance to cover payment were up, hence I had to pay out of pocket for that day and any subsequent days.
