If I could give 0 stars, I would! I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that because my family doctor is apart of this organization that I am forced to go to this clinic and this clinic only, when they are completely unreliable. My family doctor should not be penalized because another doctor couldn’t be bothered to be there for the full time slot he was supposed to be. Drove 40 minutes to the clinic for my 2 day old newborn to have his 2 day check up, just for the clinic to be closed when their schedule stated they were in fact open. I’m not dragging a new born 40 minutes away again on another day just because this organization can’t be bothered to have a phone number or proper online system. So now I take the risk that I can lose my family doctor because I had to go to another clinic. Absolutely ridiculous. This system needs to be re-evaluated.

The wait wasn’t too long. Average to another walk -in clinic. The dr that I seen was horrible. I do believe she was a resident working under the dr that was there today. She had said to me within the first 2 minutes of talking “and what exactly were you hoping we’d do for you”. Drs like this are the reason people don’t want to go in. You go for a professional opinion and get treated like you shouldn’t be there at all. No compassion or bed side manners. Horrible experience.

People are kind and I like the doctors, they are very helpful. But it is consistently the slowest clinic I’ve ever been to. It feels like every time I come here I’m stuck in the waiting room for 2 hours. I don’t know what the solution…hope my review is taken in charity.

Update: here again today…got here at 3:30 it is now 5:07. Again I mean this in as charitable a way as possible but why is the wait time so long? I have class at 6:00 I’m going to be late…

I don’t understand this place. Every time I go the front staff are like people that don’t appreciate their jobs. I understand having a bad day but every time I’ve been. The place is also so small that the seating is always full and people are standing to the point you’re almost one on top of the other. I went today and was giving attitude because I asked if I could wait in my vehicle (like I’ve done in the past) due to no seating and already bunch of people standing. I was giving such attitude I just left. Unfortunately I’ve been old by my family doctor staff to come to this clinic or they will remove me from my doctor practice and no longer have a family doctor. Something I noticed is a thing here in northern Ontario.

From the moment I stepped into the clinic I was treated with the upmost care by everyone (They have an amazing receptionist) The wait time to be seen was not long (I recommend getting there early when they first open). The receptionist takes everyone's temperature before they are seated in the waiting room which in my opinion is excellent 👌. I am happy my family doctor is affiliated with this clinic located on Bancroft drive

Turned away at 5pm Dec 23, when hours are till 8pm. No explanation given other than “we’re closing early today”, to wind up at Lasalle Northwood to be turned away again! Because I am not part of FHO group #2, and they don’t think they’ll be able to get through the waiting room on time with all the patience. Like what gives?!

My doctor is fantastic and it's a shame that she's so backed up with appointments.. however the convenience to show up to this FHO clinic isn't very convenient when they're closed before their "advertised" closing time. When I showed up I made direct eye contact with a female staff member who locked the door when I got out of my vehicle. No signage to explain why they're closed nor did anyone tend to the door when I tried to open it.. worth it to wait the ungodly time to see my doctor than no interaction with a seemingly disgruntled individual who didn't care to come and explain why they closed over an hour early..

The front desk attendant, female who looked about the age of 27-30, was extremely disrespectful when my friend went in to ask for a depression diagnosis. We were directed there by authorities to get a diagnosis, and we mentioned this to make it clear it wasn’t a random person attention-seeking meds and diagnosis. She smirked and almost was laughing, then basically told her to leave. Would not go here for mental diagnosis’s again.
