I recently had a deeply distressing experience at this hospital, and I feel compelled to share it to caution others.
In October, I underwent an allergy test at this facility. Midway through the procedure, I experienced needle-induced dizziness and had to excuse myself to vomit. Upon returning, a different doctor continued the test but failed to properly puncture my skin, resulting in a false negative for cat allergies. Believing I wasn’t allergic to cats, I continued exposure, which led to the development of asthma and cardiac issues. Eventually, it became evident that I had a severe cat allergy.
When I sought a retest, the doctor rudely refused, stating they don’t accept patients within a year of their last visit. Their demeanor was unprofessional, even resorting to eye-rolling. I’ve never encountered such disrespectful behavior from medical professionals.
I strongly advise against seeking treatment at this hospital due to their lack of professionalism and courtesy.

I’ve been many times to this location, this time I ended up going to Northwood due to wait times, but i definitely see why people are commenting on the receptionist. I will be back, so please don’t simply leave a comment saying I’ll be removed from the list. At the other clinic the receptionist was straightforward aswell, but had a hint of kindness in her voice. Just suggest some training as people are entrusting the clinic in their health. I don’t need you to smile even, just to not seem angry or fed up. Doctors are always kind and supportive and helpful.

My first disappointment with Sudbury clinics in my entire time living in Sudbury, despite this location as well as Northwoods literally prescribing the controlled medication I take daily to me after a walk-in consultation previously, I was refused a refill after waiting three hours on a Sunday. Because of this, I am left without medication necessary for treating a chronic illness. I had told the receptionists that I was seeking this medication and they had no problem registering me and having me sit for three hours, then having the nurse tell me there shouldn’t be an issue prescribing it, just for the doctor to refuse. I am absolutely blown away by the lack of bedside manner and that the doctor on call is satisfied with patients walking away without treatment after waiting several hours.

Once the three hours had passed, there were no clinics open, leading to me being without treatment I have had for over two years daily.

If you require medication that makes some doctors uncomfortable, do not frequent this clinic as you will not receive sympathy. Alternative solutions such as enough medication to last me until I could see my doctor was also shut down.

Doctors and their service is good. The receptionist is awful. She’s so rude and arrogant. She doesn’t know how to welcome or make the patients comfortable and zero manners to them. She talks rudely and doesn’t even listen to what we say fully. I never seen such a worst receptionist anywhere.

MAJOR BREACH OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORTMATION..

Terrible experience every time and very unorganized. I was given referral for xrays so I get to lasalle xray clinic and was told I was getting chest xrays (when my visit had nothing to do with my chest) so I requested to see my referral... they could not show it to me because it was another woman's referral with all of their personal information on it (MAJOR BREACH OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORTMATION)...... the clinic doesn't answer nor take phone calls so had to undress, drive back to get MY damn referral and then go back to xray place to start back from square one in line to wait ALL OVER AGAIN.

I do not live in Sudbury but today they tell me to go in for xray results (yet they don't even have them yet).

The secretary at this clinic has to be the rudest and most arrogant I've ever encountered. Moreso, to say you feel rushed out of the room is an understatement, you are a biiling # for them only.
