Came here on a Sunday with what I thought was a terrible chest cold. I waited for an hour, was sat in a room only for the doctor to come in and immediately tell me there was nothing they could do for me since my symptoms had not yet lasted 4 days. She didn’t even do a check up or listen to my chest. The next day I went to a different walk in, turns out I had pneumonia! This place was efficient I suppose, but the doctor was rude, had no bedside manner, and was obviously negligent. Really frustrating when already feeling so unwell. Don’t waste your time, go to any of the much more competent walk in doctors/clinics in the area.

Even if I have an appointment at exact time, I have to wait sometimes up to one hour. I can’t plan anything because of this. If I go walk-in it is even faster. Totally unacceptable. The stuff on the front desk is not polite at all. I am here only for our doctor, because I like his attitude and professionalism. The rest is awful.

I wish I could give this place a 0 but its not possible. The staff at the front are rude when they pick up the phone and in person. I don't understand how me asking them to check if they have a request for a refill from the pharmacy, requires me receiving attitude. The pharmacy sent the request in over 2 weeks ago. And what's the point in having appointment times if your not going to stick with them? This is a constant issue for this place. They need to get their act together. Like seriously.

I don't know how this guys got the 2.6 stars here but I think they are paying for it.
This is the worst place I have ever been to.
Last time I waited for almost 4 hours even that I had an appointment. Apparently they forgot to call my name. But they called everyone else. Then after the visit, the doctor told me to go get my medication at the pharmacy as he was going to send it there. I went and waited there for another hour and nothing come through. I went to thr reception and they took a note and told me to come get it the next day as they were going to let the doctor know. I went the next day and nothing.
Please skip the headache and find yourself another doctor. This people Don't care

they make you wait 3 months for an appointment at best. follow ups? 3 months. need a refill? 3 months. need a consult? 3 months. testing? 3 months. but oh god forbid those 3 months are so inconvenient to us patients that sometimes our lives prevent us from making it to a 15 minute appointment we had to book 3 months in advance, so now you’re charging us $40 for missing them?

first it was the parking lot being a total scam, forcing me to have to park in other parking lots in the area for the last 2 years just so i’m not spending money to come visit my doctor, and now you’re gonna charge us for a broken system you designed and slotted us into with no control or say? you guys are very quickly sending yourselves to getting shut down, this just put the nail in the coffin for me and i’m now switching doctors.

gonna find someone who doesn’t make me wait 3 months just to tell me that every health issue i have is “just in my head” because i’m a woman. it’s not, and i’ve found healing through my own means this last year since you guys don’t do jack to help anyways, so thanks for setting me up on all those drugs that ruined my life because it was easier than addressing the actual issues.

negligent, avoidant, financially and time sensitively abusive, ignorant, and your office staff have always had a really terrible vibe. those women just radiate misery on the daily and my friends who also came here and are now also switching have always agreed.

the only redeeming qualities about this place is the pharmacists are lovely guys, and dr funmi is good but it’s impossible to get in to see her. my friends and i have agreed she is the only doctor who still validates and works with her patients concerns.

The clinic as a whole is amazing. Reasonable wait times and knowledgeable staff.

If you have an injury that is healing slowly or not properly, you can book appointments for wound care with nurse that works in the clinic. Nurse Frankie is the best! If she is unable to assist you, she goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of.

My only complaint is the parking. I do not have an issue paying for parking. However, it would be appreciated if the parking lot were big enough to accommodated the capacity of the building. I find I need to leave roughly an hour early for an appointment to ensure I have enough time to hopefully get a parking spot. Is it not possible to strike a deal with Benjamin Moore building across the street with that large parking lot? just an idea.

Made an appointment, currently here waiting, 1 hour in and still waiting. No communication. Horrible. My god no wonder people clog up the ER with non emergencies. Also did I mention the receptionists here have an attitude problem

You also have to pay for parking, but the kicker is there’s no parking available.
