I was given a last minute appointment for a toothache. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The dentist took the time to explain what the cause of the pain was; provided options and completed the work. I don't believe I have ever had a more present visit to the dentist.

Went to dentist to remove tooth, which they did fine, no problems. But had to be referred to a surgeon, to remove 4 wisdom teeth, before they could even consider doing any fillings or any other work on my teeth. That was 2-3 months ago, and I phoned last week for information but no one bothered to call back, called again today to be told they never sent the referral and I’ve just been suffering for months for no reason. Very unprofessional service.

As a senior I have had very bad experiences with dentists when I was younger. So I avoided the dentist. I fell and cracked all my front teeth so I had no choice but to go. Let me tell you I was so nervous my first visit, but the dentist was fantastic, she listened to me and explained what was needed and no pain. I have been back many times and when I walk in the door, there is no fear only a smile.
