Dr.V nearly killed me. Had go to get a second opinion in sioux. They said I have nerve damage, chronic, and yeah that other thing. This maybe permanent, as i can barely walk. Could of died 3 times they said in sioux. Dehydrated from taking Dr.V meds of lithium. 1800mg a day he wanted me to take. And now in recovering from this. And I'm in a walker trying to walk and get my nerves back. Thanks again for your good doctors.

I have been calling this clinic for two days and no one is answering. I personally came to seek for a desperate appointment because I have been sick for a week and I need some medication. When I arrived , the lady staff just told me to make the appointment by phone and I reasoned to her I already came since no answer for several days. She insisted that I may come in to the clinic but I still have to call the clinic. Desperate to see a doctor she sent me to the other building across with not even a nurse on duty. I resorted to coming to the ER which takes 4-8 hours to be called. Why is their service like this? I hope that the medical team will do something to improve the health care services in Dryden and practice some true compassion to those who need their help. They should imagine putting themselves into the shoes of their patients getting more sick and overly frustrated.

finally found Dr. Brad Latimer who you are lucky to have. He is one of the most proficient and caring doctors I ever had the pleasure to experience. in my 70 years sorry that he left Ottawa he deserves the best

no one answers the phone, i tried every dept, every doctor, no place to leave messages, i cant even imagine elderly people trying to call about referrals to another hospital, it would be nice to actually have a main secretary that would take important calls. i think the doctors and staff are amazing, but to actually get a hold of someone to do other important for out of town appointments is extremely frustrating

I had a family member encounter a serious medical ethical concern with this clinic staff and, as a health practitioner myself, I've never encountered such dismissive and unprofessional communication with regards to the situation. This would not be tolerated behaviour in any medical environment I have ever worked and I believe it breaches the codes of ethics. Horrendous and judgmental customer 'service.'

Very hard to get an appointment. I know this is because we're a small town with a doctor shortage, but there's got to be something they can do about making it easier to get an appointment. They only book 2 weeks ahead of time, and if you're not one of the first callers at 9am, or sitting in the lobby at 8:50am, you're not going to get an appointment.

Looking to have bandage changed on a wound. Although I grew up in Dryden, and was visiting family in hospital in Dryden, wouldn't treat me. Sent me back to go through emergency at the hospital because "it's their policy"

Aka the govt probably doesn't pay them if they treat me

finally got through to clinic administrator who booked appointment and sent results to me of some tests..first review was not so pleasant as I was getting nowhere but edited to reflect happiness now moving forward..thank you!
