Since they are no longer using online appointment scheduling and changed to online check in, it’s greatly exaggerated as the waiting time is much more - almost twice as the check in time states. I booked when it stated 36minutes waiting. Got my notification 10minutes before and still waited 45minutes before my blood was taken….how do they think this works better? Changing from Dynacare to LifeLabs!! This is brutal!

Friendly staff. They have net check in after an hour but it doesn't really guarantee the time. I loved it when they had appointment system where I was able to book appointment ahead of time. Not sure why they removed it.

Not a good experience. Was sent for an ECG by my doctor and somehow was asked for blood work at the clinic, I had to check the requisition to see that it wasn't me on the forms. Not good. Found out months later my ECG report was not sent to my doctor causing me unnecessary new problems. Sorry, won't be coming back. If you are under-staffed, overworked, underpaid etc, it's something that needs to be fixed. Taxpayers in Ontario pay more than any other province for healthcare and we deserve better.

We need to pay for our own blood test data/report.

We pay tax for health services, on top of that they want us to pay to see my own report.

Even doctor couldn’t share the printouts too. I am planning to file a complaint and want others to do the same if they are unhappy too!

I am not able to reply: based on your reply-

My physician told that we need to pay $1 for per printout because it has a code. If you are sure it is not dynacare who restricts it, I can ask my physician again for the same.

My mom needed a breathing test done, called multiple times to find out price of test and what she needs to do to prepare for test. No one answers the phone so she decided just to go. She was told cant do test since she had eaten before coming. Complained no one answers the phone or would have known not to eat. Didn’t get proper response. Went in next day with empty stomach made her wait 15 minutes and was told they have no kits to do the test. Calling again after 3 weeks, no answer to ask if they have kits. She’s just going in again with empty stomach.

I went today for blood work and saw few people coughing at the clinic. I went to the reception to request for a face mask to stop the spread of germs. The lady at the counter said there is no advisory for face masks and they don't have any face masks to give out. I hope the management can look into this and provide face masks.
