Wish I could give a 0 star if possible…
Don’t come here, the doctor is incompetent and unprofessional. My wife was pregnant, I had to show the doctor where to read HCG level on blood result chart. After listening to our symptoms, he had to phone someone to ask what to do. To make matters worse; the referral he made for us to see a specialist does not even deal with pregnancy issues, he was absolutely clueless and incompetent.

Avoid this doctor at all cost. Save yourself some precious time and headache.

Its advertised as a walk-in but only at certain times, then at the correct time you gotta cue the line like at an airport and the staff don’t keep anyone updated. The nurses don’t communicate with you or their own doctors.

For example, when you finally get inside they take your temperature but don’t share it with you, an “asst” will make notes but the doctor will ask you if you have a fever?!?

Dude ask your staff who’s huddled around each other talking while your office attends to sick people.

I’ve been there twice and told them my medical allergies and they ask everytime. When I explained how much pain I was in, I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously and given such a low dose of antibiotics and nothing for the pain. I had to go to another clinic to get effective treatment.

Smh. No wonder why people rather just line up at the hospital.

Do not waste your time!! booked an appointment 3 days ago to be a new patient for today at 4pm and was called at 12pm to say they cancelled it as the Dr is sick, I told her work was booked off for this and you are calling 4 hours before the appointment to cancel is unacceptable!

Great doctor. Very down to earth. Got me a referral right away, the same day to see a psychiatrist.

Warning: at the time of writing this review, this clinic is not accepting new patients as they are advertising.
Went in to the walk-in clinic on a Saturday that they advertise they’re open from 9:30-4pm, and they tell me the doctor isn’t in until 2pm. Annoying, but no problem I don’t mind waiting and coming back. Then I ask how long is he staying ‘till and they asked me: “are you new?”, I said “yes” then they told me “well he’s not accepting new patients, sorry.”
No point in going here they won’t do anything for you apparently.

Writing review to include the doctor's hours which are totally different from the pharmacy hours:

Mon/Wed/Fri: 1pm - 6pm
Tue/Thur: 12pm - 4pm
Sat: 12pm - 3pm

This will be my first time here, fingers crossed he's good!

Waiting for over an hour and the doctor no where to be found . Not here yet . Coming from Scarborough when asked. How can you operate and advertise for a walk in clinic when actually just a secretary on site.
Total four patients waiting that are waiting with me. Horrible service so far as a first visit. Let's see how much longer.........☹☹☹
Finally the doctor showed up and said he was stuck in traffic. I took my prescription but honestly that wasn't a good impression for a first visit.

I received a requisition for bloodwork, EKG and xray. Despite calling, leaving messages, emailing and filling out the online form, I could not get an answer or my results. Your health is important, go to a different clinic.
