Great service and knowledgeable staff! Thanks to Ryan, for generously fixing an issue with a walker I brought in for a friend. Ryan fixed the problem quickly, cheerfully, and explained things to watch for - this was a brand they don’t even sell! And no charge for his time or expertise!!

My wife had to buy a chin strap for her cpap machine. The service rep suggested the small strap as she ia a woman and big men get the medium. My wife took her advice and purchased it for $39.99. We were not told of the return policy. My wife tried it on it doesn't fit. We immédiately returned to the store and were told we can't return it. The Packaging was intact. It only has to be isolated for 72 hours. For all we know the package could have been open before us. We have no problem returning items of similar nature in other stores and we expected a refund or a trade in for a medium as people do not expect to throw away money. For future customers a small size fits a toddler.

A flyer was sent in the mail and I purchased an OBUSFORME NECK AND NECK 4 in 1 cervical pillow.Two for the price of one.I tried the pillow out for 3 nights and was unable to relievemy shoulder and neck issue .( VERY HARD.) When I called to ask about returning the product which by the way I paid $67.79 they informed me it could not be returned. This is bad faith. How will a person know if a product is right for them if they cannot try it?

I come here for ostomy supplies. The staff is always friendly, but some are unaware of supplies they have on hand. I was in for the second time in 2 weeks asking for Pegaderm strips. Could not find the size I needed. Said that they were out. Came back today and the same thing. Turns out they were on the shelf, hidden behind other product.
Furthermore, they regularly run out of ostomy supplies. I use Convatech supplies. I have been told that "you know they are expensive to keep on hand". Anyway they usually come in shortly after my request and they do call me when the supplies come in. Constantly having to go in a second time is a pain in the ***. The point is that these are an absolute necessity for ostomates! We do not have any alternatives! If someone gets into an emergency and they absolutely need these supplies, they only have 1 alternative source in this city. Service to your customers should take precedence over the cost of keeping a little extra inventory !
