Health Within is an amazing one-stop shop for your health needs!
1) I’ve never had to wait long at all for any of my appointments.
2) They offer direct billing, which is very convenient for the clients.
3) Chris (Chiropractor), Shawn (physiotherapist) and Krystal (psychotherapist) are all awesome at what they do, very friendly and personable!
4) They have a nice, modern facility.
5) Lots of parking.

The best Chiropractor EVER!!! ALWAYS on time, NEVER have to wait. Listens to your concerns and treats you accordingly. Not pushy. Very professional, flexible, staff are all super friendly. The office is always clean. Tons of free parking. Offer direct billing which is super convenient these days. Because of the amazing level of service, I am more than happy to drive from out of town for treatment. I can go on and on here people. Dr. Fullarton and his staff have been so accommodating, not only to me while I was experiencing pain and limited mobility, but also to friends I’ve referred there. Everyone there is professional, yet personable, always offering compassion without judgement. Especially Dr. Fullarton, whose familiar approach makes you feel welcome and comfortable throughout your appointment.
I truly appreciate the variety of services available at Health Within, and can’t wait to take advantage of several of them.
Cornwall is so fortunate to have such a skilled team within our city limits!

Hands down the best service around. Chris will work around your time frame to see you or if your in a pinch and need to get in due to pain or emergency, he will find a spot or make an opening to do what he can to make sure you get the treatment needed. I've been in a few situations with my back and he has never failed to come through when needed. Highly recommend Chris fullarton at Health Within.

There seems to be two kind of chiropractors in this world, ones that are always late and ones that are on time.

Chris seems to be the former. I had 3 appointments with him and he was always late. The first time it was over 20 mins, second time over 15 mins and I left on the third time when it was over 30mins.

This doesn’t seem like it’s an isolated incident from what I read online. I also saw another lady leave while waiting for her appointment. When I was booking my second appointment and asked how long shockwave was going to take, the receptionist said only a few mins but it depends on how long I will have to wait for Chris. Additionally, on my way out from the third appointment, I asked the receptionist if he’s always late for his appointments as this was a key factor if I’d come back, she says it depends.. not a great answer. At least she was being honest and I would try to wait for another appointment.

If you value your time, I’d recommend going to another location.

As far as treatment goes I’m not sure if I can add much since I only went two times. Seemed pretty average, didn’t really improve my issue but from other reviews I read, it seems like he has help others with their issues.

Having just moved to Cornwall and with severe pains in my shoulder, googled physiotherapists with good reviews. I booked an appointment to see Shawn Fontaine and could not credit him enough for the turnaround in an extremely painful l, stiff shoulder to gaining full movement and just the occasional pain.
Shawn pays attention to detail, works with the patient to determine best option treatment. I had a combination of acupuncture and shock therapy. Started mid July and cannot believe my progress. Would highly recommend Shawn.
