Notre médecin de famille est Dr Patrick Lavoie et il est extraordinaire !!!!
Mise à part le fait qu’il soit très gentil et bilingue: il parle l’anglais et le français , il s’agit d’un médecin très très compétent et perspicace avec un sens très développé de l’écoute.

I had an excellent experience at this walk-in clinic. The receptionist was very patient and clearly well trained, making the check-in process easy and welcoming. I was also impressed by the short waiting time.

The doctor was incredibly attentive—he asked thoughtful questions to fully understand my symptoms and provided a clear, detailed explanation of both my condition and the diagnosis. Even when going over my prescription, he took the time to explain why he selected that particular medication, which I really appreciated.

Such a high standard of care is rare. I highly recommend this clinic!

Would’ve given a five-star review as I was able to see a dr upon walk-in; rather than waiting in a hospital I had an emergency and decided to go to a clinic although I would pay out of pocket due to just moving to the province again. All went well and I was told I would have a follow-up appointment following results of my tests; I received a phone call however prior to the exam advising me of my result & checking in on my condition which I thought was very considerate of the clinic. I just received a phone call from the receptionist two days after my secondary appointment that I would be charged for that phone call appointment as I’m out of province. Not only is this absolutely ridiculous but should be embarrassing as a healthcare provider to charge for a few minutes of your time. I was NOT advised during the initial appointment of a phone call appointment nor a cost. Who charges by the minute for a phone call like a phone booth? My case was due to a rupture and severe pain and the fact that the clinic felt the need thereafter to try running after money for something I firstly, did not expect is ridiculous. It’s a scam if you do that to people and never in my entire life, born and raised in Canada have I ever heard of a clinic do that even when I moved from Alberta to the eastern provinces. Very rude .

It was an excellent experience at Rockyview Medical Clinic! We walked in this morning and the nice Lady at the reception was very friendly, kind, and understandable! After we finished COVID-19 self test, she was able to quickly fill us into the morning schedule! The waiting time was reasonable! Dr.Ahmed was a very responsible and caring doctor! He was very patiently listening to ours need and even went above and beyond to what we were expecting to have! Such an amazing professional! Thank you very much Dr. Ahmed! We will definitely come back whenever needed. Highly recommended!

I've had nothing but positive experiences at Rockyview Medical Clinic. The front desk staff are always professional and friendly, and the clinic itself is clean, organized, and well-managed. I'm also extremely happy with my new family doctor, Dr. Ibiwoye. He goes above and beyond for his patients — he's knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Whenever I have questions, I never feel rushed; he always takes the time to answer them in a way that's easy to understand. Dr. Ibiwoye provides excellent care for me (and my mom!), and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. Ibiwoye!

The wait times are short , my doctor explains everything thoroughly and that for me is important. The testing is thorough to figure out what's going on. Highly recommended , very good service.
