Absolutely the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. Every visit has been frustrating—from long waits to poor communication. I’ve had to wait over 60 minutes past my appointment. This isn’t a one-time issue—it happens every single time.

The clinic clearly has no respect for patients’ time. I’ve had to cancel other important appointment.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually values its patients.

I’ve been seeing MR.KARIM for my carpal tunnel syndrome, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care I’ve received. From the very first session, they listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and tailored a treatment plan specifically for my condition. The sessions have been very effective, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my wrist and hand function. Highly recommended for anyone seeking expert physiotherapy care

The customer service at this clinic is horrendous. I waited on hold for 2 hours to get a prescription refilled that they forgot to fulfill at an appointment 3 weeks prior. When I finally got through the attendant did not listen to my situation whatsoever and told me I could book another appointment. She also told me to stop screaming at her which I did not at all, than she hung up on me. I liked Dr Adane as a doctor, but cannot support a business with front-end customer service this terrible. I will be finding another clinic to support.

They have helped me so much and it’s been life changing. Being able to contact so many doctors in the network. My counsellor Jill is so caring and really helps ground me. By far the best service I’ve had since I moved to Alberta. They are a blessing to the healthcare system here. Great work from everyone!

While I found the doctors at this clinic to be competent and professional, my experience with the booking process and front desk interactions was significantly less positive. The appointment scheduling clearly need improvement, its frustrating and inefficient. The front desk staff need an enhanced training in customer service and problem-solving. When faced with booking difficulties, the receptionists seemed unable to offer effective solutions, leading to unnecessary stress and delays.

I’ve had a such a great experience at Imagine Health in Sunpark Plaza for the past 4+ years. Dr. Adane is an excellent family physician—attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. I’ve also been seeing Psychotherapist Jill Zurevinski, and she has been absolutely wonderful. She is compassionate, professional, and truly supportive in helping me navigate my mental health journey. The entire team at Imagine Health provides a welcoming and high-quality healthcare experience. I highly recommend them!

I really like this clinic, but every time I call I have to wait 45 minutes for reception to answer. I wish I was exaggerating. I understand doctors offices get busy but I do not understand why answering the phone takes so long. I don't mean I had to wait on the phone once for 45 minutes, it's every time I call.

I've called the front desk on the way to an appointment once to inform them I would be a bit late. I called them as I left my house (I live in okotoks) and was able to drive into the city and get to the clinic without anyone picking up. What was more frustrating was that when I went inside, the clinic was not busy and the receptionists were chatting.

I've called to cancel an appointment and was on hold for as long as it took me to leave my house get to a restaurant and order my food and be served.

Unfortunately, I don't think this is something the clinic plans on fixing because I've read so many other comments addressing the same thing. I hate leaving comments like this 🙁

I have been here on several occasions for WCB claims from workplace injuries. Each time the receptionists have been very welcoming. I also appreciate that they get you in to see a doctor right away. Being injured on the job can be stressful enough on its own, getting in and out quickly is so helpful! The doctor that has supported me each time also does a phenomenal job!
