After Jennifer - clinic manager- and De Hadaad left in late 2024 this clinic has gone to hell. Total nightmare. I saw a Dr Rezaeisarlak ….. she SHOULD NOT be a Dr. She wouldn’t accept me as a patient because “I take too many medications”. I’ve NEVER IN MY LIFE EVER had that happen and I have a long history with many Drs.in my 54 years. She just casually said “I can’t take you on or write you prescriptions”. What are you a Dr for? Mind boggling. And some of the things she said to me…….🤯🤯🤯.
she SHOULD NOT be working ANYWHERE in Canada.

Been seeing Dr.Leung. More like “trying” to see her. Twice now my appointment has been cancelled at the last minute having waited a month in order to see her. Either she’s sick or family emergency. Very disappointed. Unfortunately I have had to find a new doctor that was reliable. I’m not putting my health on hold.

I had an excellent customer service/client care experience with Shianne (hopefully, that is spelled correctly) regarding an uncommon medical document that needed to be reviewed and signed from the local physician. I struggled with six other clinics/facilities to correctly assist me including the Imagine Health Centers team in Sunpark Plaza but, again Shianne at the Downtown Macleod Trail was incredibly helpful.
The time and effort was appreciated.

If you try to call and make an appointment, and there happens to be other patients doing the same, there is an option to have them call you back when it is your time in the queue. If you choose that option, this location will call for 1 ring and immediately hang up. After the 1st time they did this I tried again and was ready and answered the second the call came through, just to hear them slamming the phone down on the receiver. Don't waste your time with this location it's a joke.

Poor bedside manner. Doctor lacked experience, rushed and quite dismissive. Front end staff are pleasant.

Great clinic, the on-site pharmacy is staffed by well-trained pharmacists, the two doctors I've had in one year (Dr. Train went back to University) have both been amazing, and the reception staff are always welcoming and professional.
