Terrible experience. Waited for 45 mins. Don't recomend to anyone that is curious about their health/blood. Ali was saying that only if I have issues they will give requesitions for anything I'm concerned about. Apparently that's his "philosophy".
Meet and greet was only for 10 mins long and rush me out. Ali made me feel like it's not okay to waste their resources if you are not sick.
My wife and baby go to this clinic and because of this experience they lose my family as patients.

I went in to Pinnacle Crowfoot a few weeks ago for a pulmonary test requested by my family doctor and had a great experience.
I was very nervous but front desk staff were helpful and kind when I checked in, which helped me feel more comfortable. I had a few questions about the forms I was filling out (on account of my nerves) and they answered the questions clearly, which helped me feel better going to them if I needed anything else.
The doctor and student that did the pulmonary test were both amazing as well. They were patient when I was struggling with some of the breathing exercises and kept giving me small tips to help me do better. They even had additional visual resources for one of the exercises when the auditory cues they were giving me didn't seem to be helping me to get it exactly right.
Overall, I had a very positive experience at the clinic. I was extemely nervous when I went in but all of the staff were able to help me relax by simply being kind and answering any questions I had. It was very much appeciated!

My experiences at Pinnace Medical Centres Crowfoot have always been amazing. Every aspect of this location has always been super accommodating and kind whenever we come.
Nilusha and Brittney at the front desk are always clear and considerate when booking appointments and talking over the phone. They always try their best to accommodate our schedule and comfort which really takes away the headache of booking appointments.
Dr. Raza is an amazing doctor who always puts forth her best efforts during appointments and I can go home satisfied with the treatment my family receives from her. Her thoughtfulness and care during appointments and the medicine/help she gives always makes meeting with her worth it and reminds us why we chose her as our family doctor.

I don't know where to start....

My most recent visit just solidified the reason I drive 45 mins to see Dr. Vakil. I have been going to him for roughly 7 or 8 years and every single visit is a pleasure. He listens, never rushes, and is always so calm and patient. I have 3 young kids and he always makes it so easy to have them with me. Its truly hard to put into words how much he is appreciated by our family. I have to add that the woman who work in this office are also such incredible ladies. Every single time we visit they greet us with such warmth. They always interact with my kids and make them feel so welcome. Without a doubt this is the best medical center I have ever been to and I will continue to drive the distance.

Quick in and out without appointment. Have never waited more than 10 minutes to see a doctor. Have been to the Crowfoot clinic three times and seen 3 doctors, for three prescriptions. Good conversations. Very clean modern facility. FRIENDLY CHEERFUL STAFF. Bright fresh atmosphere, unlike most clinics... thankfully.

I love this place, the staff is helpful specially Nilusha who is working at reception is so helpful, friendly and supportive always find a way to solve the problem.
She always book my appointment earlier available date. Highly recommend her work in the clinic, she welcome us always with a friendly manner.
And also my previous family doctor(Vakile) and current family doctor(Raza) are so nice and helpful.
Even I live faraway I come to this clinic as the staff is super supportive ( Nilusha and my family doctor)
