This location has been truly incredible for me.
Throughout an injury I sustained in 2023 May while working at WestJet as a baggage ramp agent, this particular set of professionals both at the front desk and throughout the entire building have truly shown me what it means to be someone who works hard to make sure everybody gets what they need.

The front desk attendants are incredibly helpful, and they have always made sure to guide me in the right direction no matter the situation or circumstances at hand.

The doctor who operates through this location is truly incredible. And honestly I would recommend anybody who has to deal with WCB and related injuries that need to go to them go through here.

It is worth the drive for me. It certainly is.

They have not only helped me recover mobility to a strong point in my foot, but even because I'm still dealing with my foot going blue and losing circulation just by sitting down even now a year after moving on from WestJet.

And even though the injury itself has been persisting for over a year and a half and not quite 2 years yet, I'm still truly grateful to the team and everyone here for being the way they are.

And also for dealing with my dad jokes and trying to bring light and humor when life can be challenging.

Thank you all so so much.

Єдиний мінус цього закладу, що коли приходиш по запису то маєш довго чекати. 30 - 60 хвилин....Це дуже засмучує. Бо не можеш розраховувати свій час із-за цього... Сподіваюся це виправлять...
А щодо доктора Renchko, то це дуже хороша людина. Він допоміг вирішити питання з WCB , яке я не міг вирішити близько 8-ми місяців. Саме за цього я ставлю 5 зірок відгуку.

Have been to this clinic before and everything went smooth. Came in this morning because they have a large road sign saying they open at 730.
The sign must be old, because they don't actually open until 830. A minor inconvenience

Unfortunately my three visits to this clinic were decreasingly good. My first appointment, a walk-in to have my shoulder looked at went well. I was in relatively quick, the service was fine.

My second appointment, scheduled, had my sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes and the exam room for another 20 minutes.

My third and thankfully last visit was today. I arrived for my appointment at 12:40pm, sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes with not a word from reception about the delay. I was then placed in the exam room, where I waited another 35 minutes before I went back out and let them know I had other appointments today. I had to cancel a physio appointment for 2:30pm.

An hour and a half to be seen for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable, especially with no explanation from anyone.

Appointment is 10:20 and now it’s 11:02 and still waiting. They can’t even book people in correctly, one person checked in and he asked when he was going in and they said he’s next. They talk about how they forgot to book him in after he went to the check up room

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!

Took a couple hours off work for an appointment here, a basic occupational physical. I arrived early to an empty clinic, not busy no other patients to speak of. I was left waiting for hours before being seen, and when I questioned the desk staff about the ridiculous delay they became rude and condescending.

Some of the nurses were pleasant enough, they administered the most basic of hearing and vision tests. It took nearly 5 hours before I was shown to the doctor's examination room, where I sat for another hour being ignored.

I expressed my displeasure to the "doctor" over the outrageous waiting and the outright disgusting attitude the desk clerks had taken towards me. He too became rude and condescending towards me, belittling the time I had taken from my professional job to be there.

Total lack of professionalism, after treating me so poorly they wrote a scathing letter to my potential employer expanding on what a terrible person I am, despite the fact I was NOT in the wrong or even acting rudely.

If a basic checkup needs to take over 6 hours, it's not too much to ask that you WARN the patient they need to take an entire day off work, pack a bag lunch, neck pillow, and maybe a good book.

The lack of professionalism at this clinic should be embarrassing, if you have any other options DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. Stay away at all costs, your job or your life may depend on it.

I have been coming here for the last 3 years and never had an issue as long as you call ahead to make an appointment. Dr Renchko is probably the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He always takes his time and makes sure to address any issue or concern that I have.

I guess we should have read the reviews before going to this joke of a clinic. We checked the hours online the night before (says they were updated 8 days ago) says they open at 8am. Got there shortly after 8 and watched a worker go in so he went to go in and the door is locked. He tried to call and got put through to a call center, who also told him that they should be open. There was a sign on the door saying that on May 27th they wouldn't be open until 8:30 but only on that specific day. When he finally got in the receptionist was extremely rude and argued with him about the hours. He also noticed that she was extremely rude to the next patient that came in. The doctor was half an hour late and was absolutley no help and basically sent him away with no answers or possibly solutions. This place is an absolutle joke and should and if I could have given zero stars I would have.
