Terrible service. Thee times the wrong clinic phoned me and told me they would get the correct clinic to call me. It did not happen and then the correct clinic had a phone answering service that was impossible to get past. Assembly line, non personal service

A 2:00 pm appointment should be a 2:00 PM appointment! I had to be there 15 minutes early to check in. I arrived at 1:40 and they took my name and told me to have a seat and wait. Why 15 minutes early for that?!? I then waited until 2:45 without any communication from anyone as to the delay and left. It wasn't until I had started to drive away that they bothered to call me. My time is just as important to me as your time is to you. If there is a delay- communicate that to the patient. Don't overbook your appointments. I have heard nothing but good things about Dr. Dyke so it is unfortunate that I never got to be treated by her. The staff only have time to talk amongst themselves and not to patients it seems.
I have been to two other Peak locations and have not experienced this before. I will never return to this location.

I've been seeing Dr Dyke and she is the first person who seemed to actually care and to be honest, the first person who really seemed to know much about the human anatomy or what might or might not be causing me pain. That's saying quite a lot given how many people I've seen for the same issue. I've been going to the clinic for about a year now or close to.

My last couple of visits were much more pleasant. I am not sure if they have made some staffing changes but I was immediately addressed with a friendly greeting when I walked up to the counter and re-booking seems to have become more streamlined.

The Dr. I see at this location is great, however I have had terrible customer service with the front desk employees in regards to booking appointments and relaying the correct appointment information, and just even acknowledging me at the desk. My visits have been in 2017-2018

I was supposed to be contacted to re-book and waited over 3 months before I had to call back and it took 3 weeks for them to return my voice mail!

I also called about changing an appointment and mentioned several times what day and time I had for my original appointment, I was not willing to wait months to re-book so I repeated the date and time of my original appointment and whoever I was speaking to agreed. Well she failed to mention that I was not actually booked for the day I told them I was wanting to change! I had put my appointment in my calendar a week early, took time off work and showed up to find out I was a week early. So apparently who ever I spoke to did not even open my file and just agreed with me when I was verifying my appointment date with them!

The girls also seem more interested in gossiping with each other at the front desk than acknowledging and helping people. I have stood and waited at the front desk without acknowledgement until they have finished their personal conversations on several occasions.

I was quite surprised to get a phone call a couple of days ago from the guy at the front desk to tell me they had the new cpap machine part for me. I had gone there about 5 months prior to find out what was happening regarding the Philips cpap recall. He gave me Maristella’s business card (Clinical Manager) and asked me to call her for information regarding that. I phoned her line many, many times leaving messages but never did hear back from her. When I was there today, the same gentleman at the front was very nice and friendly. Maristella was the one who changed the part, so I asked her why she never ever called me back?! Nothing but attitude!!! I will never go back there!!!!

I had an appointment for Tuesday March 10th at 11:10. The ladies behind the desk we very nice and both greeted us. My sister was with me. We had to fill in a lot forms and as I am unable to write my sister filled them in for me. We then went with Sarah who put me through a lot of breathing tests. I was there for lung tests. She was very efficient and friendly you could tell she liked her job and she made you feel very comfortable. When we were called by the doctor he shook my hand and welcomed me to the clinic. He was very efficient and explained everything so we understood everything that was going on. We both felt that Doctor Altman was very nice and we would definitely recommend the Peak Medical Clinic at Richard Way, Calgary

Was reffered to Dr. Goerzen in 2017 by my GP to discuss her concern related to elavated hormones. Dr. G never discuss that matter with me during the appointment and I would have never known something was off until months after, when my GP asked me if I had ever seen dr. G regarding this issue. Rude remarks and no help received.
When my GP told me last year she will send me to same clinic for laparoscopic surgery I had no other choice but deny and say why.

I originally did not want to leave bad review, but after years I feel it is only appropriate to do so and warn other future patients.

My husband has an appointment at 1-30pm, Lady who have called ask him to be 40 min before the appointment.
We were at the place 12-30pm, but for us it's took a 25 min to find the clinic! Three Co-op Workers can't help us, because they don't know the clinic.... No any notes or Sign about the Clinic!

My husband with disability, he can't to walk. For him every movement of the body make a pain. We are driving from the Chestermere 40 min, ( he was in pain) We are running around the CO-OP with wheelchair this 25 min. I didn't feel my back.

After this "journey"
Yes, we are late, it was 12-55 ( appointment 1-30pm)
Lady who has worked at the front desk, told us, we are late and nothing can happen today, she made us quilty.

She sent us to home...
Another 40 min of the pain ...
My husband not deserve this attitude. He is a Hero for many people. He took a risk and save lives for many people, that is why he is in the wheelchair right now!
