Amazing people Jen answered the phone and can help you out with the machines. She is very kind and polite on the phone, make you feel like your an old friend. Tina is wonderful with getting you the correct equipment. She makes sure you know what you are doing. You can come back and get all of you questions and problems solved and they are all just as pleased to help you. Can’t believe how kind personable and helpful the MRC sleep staff are, even the man in the back of the store came out to help. If you’re looking for a sleep apnea store this is the one to visit.

I went into this not knowing much and by the end of it I feel like I have so much knowledge thanks to Tina! I was meant to be scheduled with her. She was like an angel. The office is located beside the old Wimpy’s on Main Street. They offer a wide variety of machines, masks, and other helpful tools.

I highly recommend MRC sleep in Newmarket! Tina helped me with my first time getting a CPAP machine and made the whole experience so easy and comfortable while also providing a lot of really great info & education about the machines, masks etc. I was a little nervous going in since this whole world was brand new to me having just recently been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, but Tina was so kind and friendly that my worries went away instantly! I went home from the appointment feeling confident in my treatment ahead with the machine I took home. I’ve had a very successful first week using it and notice a huge difference in how I’m feeling. Thank you Tina for helping me find the right machine and mask that worked for me, while also providing great and friendly customer service. I look forward to continuing to go back to MRC Newmarket for any future cpap needs I have and highly recommend this location to everyone!
