Mom has been with Rogers Cove for almost 3 years. The location and building design have been integral in her being able to keep mobile and stimulated by the outdoor environment. Beyond that, the staff at Rogers Cove have been excellent at providing a safe and happy home for Mom. She loves the group entertainment afternoons and bingo. Even through the trying days of co-vid, Mom was sure the staff were handling things properly. As Mom has developed age-related needs, the staff has responded professionally and reassured her that she is being taken care of. Mom says she has her ‘favourites’, but says really all the staff treat her with respect and friendship.

My 94-year old mom has been at Rogers Cove for almost 2 years. She has been very happy there. I have the utmost confidence in the staff. They are professional, kind, compassionate. My mom has a real sense of community. I am very grateful!

Roger's Cove has caring and loving staff. My Mom has been there for almost 2 years and she is happy , entertained and well cared for by her second family. Our family is grateful for how happy our Mom is living there- and yes she didn't want to leave her home at first but after a month at Roger's Cove she didn't want to return to her home!

My mom (96) has been here seven months. Her health has declined since she arrived but the staff have been attentive and kind. She always tells me they are looking after her well. The residence has a homey atmosphere and a lovely setting on the lake.

I have just been here since September of 2024. But in that short period of time I have been pleasantly surprised on how nice everything is. All the staff have been extremely nice, sweet and compassionate. Always ready to assist. The meals and snacks are
delicious. Overall it has been a real treat.

My mother is very happy with her move into Rogers Cove. She is 98 years old and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. They made her transition into the home as pleasant and effortless as possible. The other residents have been welcoming and friendly; and a highlight of the home are the fine meals she is enjoying. There is always laughter and good spirits - a wonderful home for my mother.

My mother has been living at Rogers Cove nearly three years now. I live a 4-hour drive away, so don't get to visit often, especially since the pandemic hit. Mom usually ends her phone conversations with "Don't worry about me, I'm fine here." And she's right. The common areas and suites are bright and inviting, all staff and management are caring and competent, and show real team spirit. Meals are wholesome and varied. The residents are treated in a respectful, friendly manner. All of which helps create a welcoming, "family" atmosphere.
