I have been putting off making this review for about a year now. As a patient of this clinic for 13 years it saddens me. But I am at my wits end with this. Next will be an internal complaint, although I am again dreading it as I love this clinic.

I would like to start off by saying I have went to this office since 2010. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a patient of Abby Kitchen, she is the most wonderful doctor. I will also say all other experiences have been great.

NOW TO THE BAD PART…

This past year, I have spoken to a receptionist name Marlene multiple times. The treatment I have gotten from her has been less than degrading.. this has been more a year of not wanting to call my doctors office because of the mistreatment from this employee. I will state again MARLENE, has continued now for a year to not relay my messages to my doctor, nor have any phone manners. I am not sure how one would land a job at a front desk. I have worked in customer service a a server & doing sales for 8 years now & I am appalled by this behaviour from a professional.

I have really been avoiding making a complaint or review but we are at the point where she has made making an appointment with my doctor unbearable.
