I have been going to Lotus @ Queensway Medical for a few years, for Botox and now laser hair removal. Most of my treatments have been done by Agatha. I keep coming back to her because of her great work - she NEVER pushes anything on me that I don’t need or want, always stays with my budget and, most importantly, is an expert at her craft! I always leave looking fresh faced and like I’ve frozen time, but never actually froze my face! Agatha is professional and cares about making her clients happy. Trustworthy work and service all around!

BY FAR THE WORST MEDICAL Facility in the area!!!! Terrible customer service on the phone also. If they say they will call back they will not!!! I was told I am no longer a patient because I haven’t been in so long. So basically being punished for NOT being sick.

I have been doing laser hair removal with Dona for a few months now and am extremely happy with my results!! She is very patient and professional and made me feel very comfortable during my sessions. I would 100% recommend her and this clinic for any laser needs. Very happy!!

I have done 3 Morpheus8 sessions with Dona! She is absolutely wonderful!! And my results are attributed to her technique and knowledge (improved skin texture and complexion, reduction in fine lines, tighter skin and reduced under eye festoons)! She is patient and thorough and very much invested in doing the right things versus just trying to sell more services/products. So happy I found her!

I enjoyed my visit to the Lotus by MDs @ Queensway. The staff were welcoming, attentive to my skin issues and professional. The facilities was clean and offered a spa-like environment. Their recommendations helped solve my skin issues with pigmentation, surface blemishes and blackheads. I highly recommend the chemical peel and microneedling service. Next time I visit I plan to try their forma facial and lip filler service. 100% must visit clinic in Toronto! 5 hours after the procedure ( NOTE: my skin was still red from the recovery)
