My sister saw Alexandria and I have to say I am extremely disappointed hearing about her experience. She did not make her feel comfortable at all, and she told her that therapy may not be for her if she doesn’t know what her goals are. Mental health professionals are supposed to help guide those who need help mentally. She was in such a vulnerable position only to be shut down. She also gladly charged her $180 after telling her that this wasn’t for her. She couldn’t even provide her with any alternative help. I feel so bad recommending this place to my sister, never ever again.

While the clinic provided a welcoming environment, my experience was not ideal. Sessions were consistently shorter than the expected 50 minutes, which made it difficult to engage in meaningful discussions, especially when addressing trauma. Start late and finish early was consistent. Additionally, frequent cancellations and rescheduling created inconsistency in care. It’s possible that I simply didn’t have the right psychotherapist for my needs, but ultimately, I decided to seek treatment elsewhere.

Kaitlinn is an excellent therapist and very dedicated to her work and clients. She personifies a mental health professional who practices what they preach and is compassionate to people from all walks of life. Her expertise helped me get an ADHD diagnosis which has undoubtedly made a lasting impact on my life and wellbeing. Would definitely recommend!!

Kade (formerly Kaitlinn ) and Water and stone Are a huge asset to the mental health needs of the Sudbury community. Kades ability to work with clients from all walks of life and all obstacles they face is unmatched meeting each person exactly where they are at. If you are looking for a therapist for either yourself, your child or anyone else in your life I would highly recommend Kade.

Such a beautiful and welcoming space! I highly recommend Water & Stone to anyone looking for kind and compassionate care. The staff are friendly and non judgmental. Plus the yoga studio is a great new addition. Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!
