I am writing to share a concerning experience regarding my wife's visit to Dr. Barbara Zhao approximately two years ago. Despite presenting reports indicating arthritis, Dr. Zhao conducted a brief examination, asserting that she was in good health and dismissing the arthritis diagnosis. When I raised the issue with the reports, Dr. Zhao suggested a potential error and we left.

Regrettably, two years later, my wife's condition worsened. Subsequent tests, administered by another healthcare professional, once again indicated arthritis. The severity of the situation raises questions about the initial assessment conducted by Dr. Zhao. It is disconcerting that a hasty evaluation may have had a significant impact on my wife's well-being.

I would appreciate an explanation for the apparent oversight and its consequences on my wife's health. Such instances demand a thorough review to prevent similar occurrences in the future and ensure the well-being of patients.

Visited for the first time a few days ago as my regular family Dr is away. A bit of a wait to get in, but attending physician Dr Salmon was attentive and accommodating in ordering necessary tests. Perhaps more surprising, when the test results were available, Dr Salmon called to ensure I set up a follow-up with my regular physician and took the time to review the results with me. Pretty good care from a drop-in clinic and I highly recommend the office.

My family and I were one of the first families to be accepted to Bayside Medical when it opened. We were told that children would ALWAYS get a same day appt and we would be seen within a day or 2 of scheduling if they could not fit us in same day. This has been completely false! We are so dissapointed in the service at this clinic. Wait times of 2 weeks. I called today with severe stomach pain and was not even asked why I wanted the appt and was told to come to the walk in. I HAVE a family dr. Every time I go in.. it is the walk in and a 3+hr wait. Why should I have to do this when we have our own family dr? Test results have been misplaced, my husbands worker's comp paperwork lost. They never should have opened up a walk in clinic at this office as now there is no time to see their actual patients. The last time I was even able to book an appt, I waited the 2 weeks to get in and had a list of things I wanted to discuss. I was permitted 10 mins..that's all and when I tried to discuss something else was told to schedule another appt. I have young children and work.. it isn't that easy to arrange a sitter and take time off. I'm very dissapointed and I guess will just have to suffer through my stomach pain as I don't have hrs to sit at walk in tomorrow. My husbands experience is the same as mine and we are just really frustrated. Unorganized and overbooked.

I was really happy to be accepted at this medical practice. I find it efficient, well run and my new doctor is fabulous. I am more than happy that the office is now 5 minutes away from my home.

Been going here since my Doc in Sidney retired (Walk In Clinic) The Two Doctors I've seen so far are very nice and well mannered! hoping one day they will take on new patients, still no waiting list ....

The doctors are great at their jobs, but front end staff are quite rude and snarky. Especially to other office medical staff. Quite unprofessional. *This review is for Barbara Zhao front end staffing.*

Been trying to call and reschedule my appointment they cancelled (within hours of the app and over email, not even a phone call) for weeks... Still no one answering phones. And I am locked out of booking online How am I supposed to see my family doctor if the staff wont even pick up the phones.

Wow, just wow!!! The staff and doctors are amazing... I struggle to find good doctors and clinics as I frequent such places due to ongoing health concerns.... But I was in and out very quickly, felt I was heard and Dr. Del Bel was fantastic!!! Thank You Bayside.... I so appreciate you all 😊
