I visited Marketplace Medical Centre as a walk-in patient for my daughter on 16th Sept as she had injured her finger in school. My initial experience with the front desk staff was smooth and they were accommodating and gave her a ice pack whilst waiting for the doctor to see her. The wait was long (but this is normal in this country).

Dr. Kassis is a wonderful human being and soft spoken doctor. She assessed her finger and recommended to get an X-ray done. She helped which clinic will be able to send the report back to her. Dr Kassis called me at 8pm to confirm she had a minor fracture (exceeded my expectation as she was so kind to callback and update me late in the evening).

I visited Dr Kassis today by booking an appointment (Cemre at front desk was very kind, we were inside in no time with the doc) and she had already written a note to the specialist to see her finger, I could not be more thankful to Dr Kassis.

Dr. Kassis is very soft spoken, calm, and kind, although i’ve been a patient for 6 years and have never been treated for my conditions. She tends to be aware of your health concerns, but push them under a rug and focus on a different problem. She also claims good health in situations where another doctor have found something wrong with me, and doesn’t return to the health concern after completing 1 test.
i’m sad to say i’ve never felt helped or cured by her, and everytime i enter her office the main focus is beauty. beauty posters, promotions, this isn’t even a doctor who wants you to accept who you are. This has felt like a person who got into health care for the money of beauty work and to take advantage of peoples insecurities. I mean she might as well do this if she’s not gonna care about your REAL health.

Even though this is a busy clinic, I would never change Dr Kassis and her team. They have helped me and my family for the last almost 6 years and I can’t say anything negative. They have been able to help me in every way possible. Being a mental health patience, it takes a really good doctor and team to know how to treat. She is also amazing with my little one. She has been her family doctor since she was 2 weeks old and I am happy to say I wouldn’t change that. Thank you Dr Kassis, Maria, Tony and the rest of the team.

I had my appointment about my Diabetes with Dr. Christopher Foster. I was impressed with how thorough he was. Answered all my questions and more. Very comfortable to talk to. Explained how everything works in detail. I was so happy as doctors usually make you feel rushed, but not this doctor. I felt he truly cared about my issues and gave me all avenues to help me move forward. His staff was very pleasant. Office had a happy atmosphere which was great.

I have never witnessed such a debacle as I did today. We arrived precisely at 12:53 PM and we were told we had about an hour wait. There were 3 or 4 open chairs at that time. When my wife checked again about 75 minutes, we were told that we still had about an hours wait. We left and we were told they would call us when it would be a 15 minute wait. We called back approx 40 minutes later and they said 10-15 minutes. We returned and waited another hour+ before she was called in.This has turned into a nightmare. We will never be back.

Dr. Kasiss has been my family doctor for 7 years now and she has helped me and my family the entire time, and when she wasn't in the other doctors onsite have been easy to work with as well. She has helped with my our 2 pregnancies and follow ups with our children. Her attention and abilities plus the help she has given and the awesome pharmacy onsite makes this a great doctors office that I would recommend to any and everybody.

Dr. Lorette Kassis stands out as the finest family doctor I've ever had. Unlike my previous physician, who seemed disinterested in my well-being, Dr. Kassis genuinely cares. Her extensive knowledge is matched by her attentive ear, always taking the time to listen to my concerns. She promptly arranges necessary tests and referrals to specialists, sparing me from unnecessary follow-up visits to clinic. Despite the constant hustle and bustle of her clinic, Dr. Kassis remains unfailingly courteous, professional, and warm. Maria, her office manager, is a true gem, skillfully handling even the most difficult and demanding patients with grace and professionalism. Managing a clinic is no small feat, and Dr. Kassis excels at it. Thank you so much Dr. Kassis!
