Always have a positive experience with my family doctor here, but the wait times to book an appointment in unacceptable. After being on hold 20 mins I was redirected to a voicemail to cancel my appointment, which is not why I was calling. This has been an issue for YEARS! Minimum 20-30min wait to speak to a receptionist. This should be a major sign to the clinic manager that you need to hire another receptionist. Unreal.

Ever since Dr Halprin left this practice jas gone to the gutters. Constantly an hour late for appointments but yet you the patient can't just come later knowing the appointments time won't be met. Clearly they are overbooking themselves for $$$ and it's killing the quality of service. Nurses and reception also rude to deal with when you ask about the wait times.

Went to the after hours clinic with my sister for some help with an ear infection. She could not get into our family doctor (which is in the same building) until a week later and was in a lot of pain. Receptionist was so actively rude. She was snarky, had a sarcastic response to everything my sister said when replying to the questions asked of her and was so beyond the opposite of welcoming. I am shocked with the lack of service she provided. She was absolutely miserable. Giving 2 stars because our family doctor and the receptionists we have usually dealt with was nothing like the experience we received tonight during after hours.

I have been coming to this office for 20+ years, and have an amazing family doctor. I have also seen other members of the family team multiple times, and had a pleasant experience. Since moving to the Princess Anne location, the receptionists have become rather rude, in person and over the phone. Handling patients is still customer service, and kindness goes a long way - you never know what someone is going through. Especially when working in a medical office, assisting patients with various conditions and disabilities. We seek a medical office to be a safe space to receive care, judgement free. Just a thought.

I have only had great experiences with this clinic! Dr. Ferguson has always taken the time to ensure all of my questions are answered and she even followed up with a phone call to see how everything was going at the most recent visit! She is very easy to talk to and shows great care and concern for me as a person. She is very thorough with both of our children and is happy to refer to specialists when asked/needed.

The nurses are FANTASTIC and have always made me feel like part of the family. They are really on your team to help you, answer questions and get you the help you need.

The admittance staff (those who weigh your children and gather information) are great to talk to, and they love seeing the kids!

The receptionists are always there to coordinate our needs whether that be booking an appointment or coordinating with me what our family's next needs are, vaccine schedules etc. The wait time can be long (10-15 minutes) but they are so thorough on the phone with you and often ask the nurse/doctor if they can't answer your question right away - I'd rather have a longer wait time and thoroughness, than short wait time and errors. They are always friendly and have helped me tremendously!

When you do have an appointment, I'm always seen on time or perhaps 5-10 minutes wait tops. Not like other offices where you are consistently seen 30-60 minutes late! So important to me especially with our busy schedule. I am also amazed at the time spent in the appointment - there is no "rushing you out the door". They give ample time to address all of your issues!

Long review, but I cannot say enough good things about this clinic!

All the doctors I have seen here are fantastic!! But the reception is terrible. I've been on hold for, without hyperbole, 3 hours now. Usually I wait on hold for 15-45 minutes. They take several days to get back to you if they get back to you at all. Usually you have to call to follow up if they say they'll call you. It's rough. Love the clinic, the staff are all super friendly and exceptionally helpful and knowledgable. But waiting on hold is killing me!! Please get an email address, an extra receptionist or something!!

I was the second person in for the after hours clinic but that didn't matter as I was the third to see the doctor. What's going on here?

I have had good care attending this facility. Doctor Van is excellent. But expect very long phone wait times always! The reception staff is seemingly concerned with matters other than the phone or waiting room persons. Other then that. Its a clean well located venue with a highly capable medical staff. Just wait on hold.
