Visited the Red River Cafe and we enjoyed carrot cake and a scone. I know a good carrot cake, and this is it! Scone is delicious too. Very close to London and a nice place to check out for a meal or snack. Friendly service.

Today, I went on a road trip with my parents. I had been wanting to stop at The Red River Café for a while because I had heard they offer many tasty treats. The rumours were true! There were so many choices that it was hard to decide. Since we arrived around lunchtime, my dad and I ordered the daily special frittata, while my mom chose the sausage roll. For dessert, we each picked a sweet treat. I selected the Pecan Caramel square, which was creamy and delicious, reminding me of pecan pie. It was heavenly! I will definitely be back again!

Arva Mill is a great destination. regular or gluten free flour and many many local foodstuffs here (syrup, honey, bacon, cheeses). Delighted there was a cafe!! Amazing egg sandwich!! Will make this a regular weekend shopping spot.

Recently purchased their organic hard flour . Absolutely amazing. So far I have only ordered online, great experience every time. I am looking forward to visiting the mill. This is the sourdough bread made using the organic flour

The folks here are great to deal with. They're very nice. Their products and flours are extra special. I used to be one that thought flour is flour and would just buy stuff from the grocery store. It makes a HUGE difference to buy good quality flour. If that is what you're looking for, this is where to buy it. Highly recommend. Love supporting our local economy too

Have been shopping at Arva Flour Mills for years, even during covid (through delivery) and after ownership changed. I'm glad they kept it a flour mill. Everything I've gotten there is always good, especially the flour. Thanks for being a part of London's history and present.

I have been there a couple times now.
Friendly service with a smile, happily answered my questions.
Their baked goods are wonderful. Not sure on all the ingredients in the scones.. They are so delicious, the texture and flavours are just perfect. Had the savory and 2 berry types. Can't wait to try other flavours.

On my way to St Mary’s, I made a quick stop at the Arva Flour Mill and ... you know what? You have to go here! It is so pretty, there is a Cafe and a General Store, as well as many lovely places to sit and just look at all-things-green in the scenery. And, it was hopping at 9:30 am! Got some treats for Papa … I’ve always called this hot cereal “birdseed”. Did not like as a kid when he made it - LOVE it as an adult!! And they have lots of other treats and gems there. Looking forward to trying this "bread in a box" ... I read the ingredients list (which is very short ... because it's all real-food, no chemicals). So happy to know about this gem, steeped in heritage and just 5-minutes north of London, ON.
