You are supposed to inhale the smoke from pre roll except this one here. I tried hard of me to correctly inhale from the blunt (was making sure if I’m on fault) but ngl this product was a trash nothing more than that. Next part is also hilarious that when I went to the store with my concern the store employee was not ready to give any satisfactory answers even saying I can’t do anything in this. Canna Cabana isn’t a local shop it’s a big chain. If they are deliberately selling bogus products this is insane. May be someone will look and act.

No wonder they can't keep employees, with a passive-aggressive little hobbit named Devin as the manager. Apparently, different employees have varying rules on returns of defective carts. I'd be happy to discuss what happened with corporate, but until then, I will take my business elsewhere.

1. Immediately carded before I was greeted.
2. Open/close hours shortened by 3 hours, not too convenient.
3. Previous staff were friendlier unfortunately. Also had more product knowledge. So sorry!
4. June 16th 2025 closed when arrived at 5:37pm with a sign saying "will be back at 6:15pm" and your store closes at 7pm.

Wouldn’t recommend.
I’ve been there several times and they consistently open late and close earlier than the posted hours. Very unreliable. On top of that, customer service is poor—most of the time they don’t even greet you and the attitude is pretty unfriendly. There are better options nearby with more professional service.

I'm a long time local and changing my review to 1 star.

I got off work on Oct 15, at 9:30pm and was at the store by 9:40pm. I had a terrible experience with the rude woman closing the store. First, the store was closed well before advertised hours, with no signage indicating an early store closure. Please see the attached images of the store hours and the sign indicating the staff went on break-leave 30minutes before close. Note this is not store closure, and extremely poor etiquette for an employee to display when acting as closer.

Second, the woman was extremely rude. She laughed at me through the windows mouthing, "I can't hear you, we're closed" while taping an imaginary watch. This felt insulting and condescending. This is extremely poor behaviour for any employee to display to their clients and customers. I was not the only witness. There were 3 other people that were turned away in a similar fashion as I was leaving between 9:50 and 9:55pm.

This series of interactions, left me unable to get to another dispensary. All dispensaries in Canmore close at 10pm. I had to drive from Canmore to BANFF and BACK at 10:00pm. I didn't get back in until 11pm, plus gas money.

I have talked with the Banff manager and will be following up with the Canmore store manager. These types of interactions should not happen.

Went there at 6:45pm on a Wednesday and the door was locked. So I call amd the girl on the phone tells me "we close at 7pm!" I said "ok it's 6:45p." She's like "listen, I'm here all by myself, WE'RE CLOSED!" and then hangs up the phone.

I have visited this location multiple times, and if you have the pleasure of being served by Jesse, then you are in for a good experience.
Even when you don't have the pleasure of Jesse's highly knowledgeable and extremely personable people skills, you will still leave happy due to this location having some of the best stock on hand and some happy, friendly and patient staff members to help you choose.

If there was a sixth star to give, I'd give it.
This location is a shining example of what a Canna cabana vibe should feel like.

Conveniently located right off highway, pleasant and very helpful staff. Lots of inventory at any price point. Highly recommend
