Paramedics called for an elder's fall in the home on March 8 2024 early evening. The scene was difficult as the patient had lost stool. The patient was assessed but no injuries had occurred. The senior was over weight so the Medics call the firemen to assist. They were able to return the senior to bed and the Medics did a marvellous job cleaning the patient. Both Medics and firemen were respectful in a most awkward situation for the patient. Could not have asked for better teams.

I recently had to call 911 for my husband. When I explain the situation (lung cancer patient extreme difficulty breathing) the response time could not have been faster. We had also signed up with what was at the time a pilot program, palliative care, and when they arrived they were fully aware of the situation.
Absolutely wonderful service from telephone response to the terrific women who responded

On September 20 my mother Mary Helen Ramsay who is 87 was picked up by paramedics and taken to the Montfort Hospital. I spoke to Kevin one of the paramedics and he said there were three of them around her and made sure she was fed and taken to the washroom with the long wait They Kept her spirits up. I commend these hard workers they go above and beyond very impressed. Thank you for all that you do.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about these hard working people. My dad needed them and the way they acted and the time it took to get to him was very impressive. To he crew of 4902 on May 7th past 7pm...Thank you. Here's to the best crew out there.
