Very happy with Shane's services. I had a big leak on hot water heater, and I called many places for service and Shane was the only one offering to come and make sure everything was shut properly until it could be fixed. Thanks to him I was able to at least have cold water until he could replace it. He came a day earlier than planned, which was great, and installed a brand new on demand water heater within the budget and the time we agreed on. When he left, the place was cleaner than before he came. Would definitely call back for any plumbing or furnace needs.

Great service - Shane and Zack were prompt coming over, installed a gas line and fixed some plumbing under our sink. They pointed out some plumbing not done properly that would eventually back up, solving future issues to be had as well. CH is the most reasonable and well-priced plumber I've worked with. Would highly recommend them!

Although it was more of a simple job (toilet replace & reseal after flooring installed), the logistics of having someone do this while I had to be away taking a course was difficult.

Not only was Shane available and prompt (I needed to buzz him in at a specific time while I was away), but he was understanding when I, sleep deprived, left my door locked so he couldn't enter my suite the first time. He made time for me the next day, did the job, and even did it at a better price than what someone else had quoted.

I am even more appreciative since I only have 1 toilet.

The furnace in our rental property quit working just at the beginning of a cold snap. I called around to several places to get an estimate for the repairs, and Shane at Cochrane Hydronics answered the phone right away. He took the time to discuss my problem, and we both came to the conclusion that it was likely the blower motor. He gave me a firm quote for the repair, which was the best price of any companies I spoke with. He picked up a new motor, and repaired the furnace that evening! I had called Cochrane Hydronics at least a year ago to discuss options for replacing my boiler for in floor heating. Recently my water heater leaked and when I called CH, he was able to come by that same day and by that evening I had quotes for 2 different systems. I originally chose one option and after doing more research I changed my mind and ordered the second option. Remember this was a rush job and I was the problem. CH responded well and rushed parts in and moved some jobs around to fit me in. I found their work to be excellent from the piping to the electrical moves. Highly recommended.
