Dr. Kumar and his team are always so welcoming and helpful. The admin staff are wonderful and make you feel so comfortable and having a pharmacy alongside them makes things so much easier on the patient.

I had my elbow brush treatment there 3 months ago, but unfortunately, there are still some lingering effects. Subsequently, I scheduled several phone call appointments with the clinic to speak with the doctor, but they regrettably canceled all three appointments without prior notification. I patiently waited for their response, and they eventually informed me that the doctors preferred an in-person consultation. However, that appointment was also unfortunately canceled three times. As a wheelchair user who relies on the SmartBus service, these repeated cancellations caused significant inconvenience and difficulty for me.

Fortunately, I was eventually able to secure a fourth appointment. During this consultation, the doctors advised me to undergo an MSK CT scan for my elbow. However, upon further inquiry, I discovered that there is no MSK CT scan facility available in our town. Therefore, I attempted to contact the doctor to discuss this matter and obtain the necessary information. I scheduled phone call appointments, but unfortunately, I did not receive any calls from the doctor. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, I was consistently informed that the doctor would call me on the same day, but I i am still waiting for that, how can you treat like this a disabled person?

Receptionist are very friendly, and the clinic itself is super clean. Dr. Frank is my family doctor and he is hands down the best doctor I have ever been to. I struggle a lot with my mental health, and I’ve had doctors that seemed to brush off my concerns, and make me feel uncomfortable or like I’m being judged. This is not the case with Dr. Frank, he’s extremely patient, and reassuring that his office is a safe space to talk about anything. He is very thorough when explaining treatment plans, and will answer any of your questions. I have also heard many good things about the other doctors at this clinic!

Dr Kumar, other doctors, the pharmacists and the front desk employees are incredible. They are accommodating, quick to respond; polite and professional. Dr Kumar is a great human, wonderful with kids and always l listens so well. I never feel rushed with him; yet he is quick and helpful.

This facility has been my best doctors office experience in my life to date, in any and all cities or towns I have ever lived in. The facility is new, clean and spacious; they offer text appointment booking or online booking and have an in-house pharmacy that does home deliveries 6 days a week free of charge! The pharmacist on staff is absolutely wonderful - knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful! have seen both Dr.Kumar and Dr. Adriene, both are wonderful doctors and both really took the time to address and discuss any concerns or questions in as much detail as required, never making me feel rushed, which makes a world of difference to me! I cannot recommend this place enough!
