Overall, my experience at this family clinic has been almost excellent. The doctors provide high-quality care, particularly Dr. Asra Segok, Dr. Alfaisal Abdulwanis, and Dr. Mohamed Ben Hassan, demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and a genuine interest in patient well-being. The secretarial staff is also very friendly and efficient, which contributes to a pleasant experience. However, I have noticed that wait times are often quite long. While this can be frustrating, I understand that it may be due to the thorough and detailed attention the doctors provide to each patient, something I greatly appreciate. I hope the clinic finds ways to improve efficiency without compromising the quality of service. I appreciate the excellent care they provide and will continue to rely on them for my health and that of my family.

Dr Asra (female) was amazing. She listens and understands and takes action. The front desk ladies are wonderful and accommodating. The nurse practitioner is so kind and helpful. Dr Ben Hassan is also a very kind doctor. Great clinic!

The best clinic in Fort Mcmurray, the doctors are compassionate and kind. The staff Joy, Rhona, Claire, Lala and Katrinna are so professional and supportive. My best experience is with Dr. Esra Segok, she takes her time to listen emphatically and offer her expertise. Thank you!!

the worst clinic in town. scheduled for an appointment at 11am (just for a massage prescription for my insurance). they called me at around 1pm already and then the doctor made the prescription for just a about 10 secs and done.

I am not happy with the service. I moved to Calgary almost a year ago, but because I was so busy with my school I still don’t have any family doctor. I have tried some but didn’t like them and still don’t have any. My family doctor still is in this clinic and I requested a form to be signed which will prove my medical history but they denied it, even though I explained it is urgent after almost a week they said we can’t help you. Here in Calgary as well when I talked to the doctors they said your family doctor should provide it for you. Technically I am still the patient of my doctor and they need to take care of me till I find my family doctor. I am very disappointed.

I was supposed to meet the doctor at 10:30 and yet am here still 11:20 waiting. Does that make sense ? And I don't think the ladies at the front are very receptive either

I have had a great experience with the doctors here. They have always listened to my issues, dealt with them thoroughly and Ive never felt rushed out the door. Yes, there's always a waiting time, but sadly, when is there not with any doctor? Front staff has always been kind to me as well.
