It was my first time seeing Dr. Andrea at the Kanata location. I was very nervous and reluctant to start treatment. I have had fibro for many years and as I am now perimenopausal my pain has been getting worse. I knew I needed to do something but unsure as to where to start. Dr. Andrea was so patient, explained every step by step. I never felt rushed or not heard. I only went in thinking I was going to speak to her, and think about it. After 35 mins of speaking with her, I had my first treatment on the spot.

Great paramedical services offered at this clinic.
I've been seeing Dr. Dave for about a month for the neck and upper back pain. He's very attentive and helpful. I always leave feeling relieved. Definitely recommend him if you are looking for a chiropractor in Kanata.

Stephanie (administration staff) is amazing and friendly! She is fast with emails so I was super impressed when she got back to me within a few hours to book my assessment appointment. This clinic has been accommodating when I had to cancel last minute due to illness.

I initially booked this location because they are multidisciplinary - chiro, physio, RMT, and strength training. Very impressed with this clinic!

Phenomenal! The best physio/massage I ever had! The assessment was thorough and the treatment was on point. It was a combination of muscle stripping, ART and cupping! All done within the hour. Next day feel amazing and great sleep and tension relief. Phillip was great and so was Stephanie working the front. I will be a repeat and so looking forward to the next appointment already!

I have been seeing Dr. Andrea at the Kanata location for the past 5 years for chiropractic and occasional acupuncture appointments and Stephanie for massages. Having a profession that is traumatic on my body, and going through multiple pregnancies, I was always in pain. With their help I have been able to manage the career I love and help keep up with my children. Dr. Andrea has helped me with fitness/health goals through exercise recommendations that are safe for my condition and support with nutrition. The Ottawa health group also has amazing support staff that help make you feel so welcome and try to accommodate your scheduling needs. Thank you for all that you do!

I've seen Dr. Dave Zanet, Dr. Andrea Guidolin both chiropractors, both really great at chiropractic, but also certified in things like strength and conditioning & FRC. This makes a huge bang for your buck. Not only are you getting adjusted, but you're getting exercises to go home with that will keep you healthy!
I've also seen Karen Zanet-Degruchy for massage. Her knowledge & experience is so vast as well as her ability to use ART within a massage session. Which is very unique. I love this spot for a multitude of services: physio, chiropractic, massage. A one stop shop of industry leaders. Highly recommended.

After seeing Mark and Steve for a few weeks I now feel I am able to do my regular exercises as if I never had any issues on my shoulder and hips. Even my migranes are now less frequent than before. I am very thankful to the staff, too, especially Becca, who always greets everyone with kindness and good energy.
