From start to finish, my experience with IMI was top notch. Wait time was very little....all staff were very friendly and professional. I happened to arrive a bit early for my appointment so expected to wait until the appointed time; but I was pleasantly surprised when they called me in early. The clinic is beautiful and roomy with very comfortable chairs...and big bonus....it's close to home! In summary....definitely a five star experience!

My appointment was at 2:30pm but l had to be there 15 minutes early for registration, registration and appointment was done within the 15 minute window period and at 2:30pm l was on my way out, that's how fast the process was. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Love that this place is closer to home.

Clean environment and very helpful workers! Only appointment wise it takes long and I understand we only have 1 branch in Fort McMurray city. Anyways I really appreciate to the front desk and ultrasound technician for there care and hard work also they are amazing 🤩

Makes privatization of these services the appropriate thing to do. Fast and efficient. People fear what they don't understand. Outsourcing these applications to private companies and away from hospitals is the right thing to do when they are run like this place.
