It was my first time joining a fire drumming circle and I’m so glad I did. Shantal is so kind, energetic and welcoming. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so well. Her fun loving energy made the experience so fun and yet her compassion for each women’s experience made it a safe space. It’s truly an incredible experience and would highly recommend! I can’t wait to do it again.

I first started taking yoga classes guided by Shantal at OYF and instantly knew her and her classes were special. She has an incredible ability to guide and empower through words and movement. Her classes seem so personal even in large groups. One thing that always stood out to me was she has a unique way to make people feel like they are in a safe space and welcome which is so rare these days. After a couple classes I decided to try her Tarot touch at Casting Crows after hours and wow what an experience. This very personal and powerful experience was something I can’t find words for. Shantal is a true gift and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a safe space to find empowerment, strength, growth or even just minute of calm during a busy day.

Wow. Shantal is a wealth of knowledge and highly intuitive. I’ve had the pleasure of joining her yoga classes at the Y, where she so thoughtfully supplies blankets, sand bags, eye masks and different sized bolsters, as well as a depth of wisdom and insight during the practice.

I also joined one of her woman’s bonfire drum circles, where there was a half moon AND northern lights overhead! It happened to be She Achieve’s 10 YEAR anniversary that day too!

It was so nice to make some new friends, release the old, embrace the new, sing, dance, drink hot cacao and leave with a fun parting gift.

Shantal is an excellent host and teacher. She welcomes all with open arms and a sincere hug. 🤗 Highly recommend!

Shantal is an absolute gem . She is an amazing channel, full of love and wisdom. Every experience I have with her is profound and I have total ease , comfort , and trust with her. I attended her fire walk and what an experience, Shantal made me feel so comfortable and confident. She was so open, authentic and guided me to follow my inner guidance soooo I walked on the fire and loved every moment of it . What a blessing to be part of a healing community .
