I had a great experience at my recent dental appointment. I saw hygienist Maureen and Dr. Rodriguez, and both were absolutely wonderful. Maureen was thorough, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease during the cleaning. Dr. Rodriguez was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly before starting the filling.

Even though getting a filling is never fun, they made the whole process as comfortable and smooth as possible. I really appreciate the care and attention from the entire team. Highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for quality care and a friendly atmosphere.

I highly recommend Stoneycreek Village Dental! My hygienist was incredibly caring and considerate, making sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning. Dr. Rodrigo and her dental assistant also did a fantastic job, professional, thorough, and patient-centered. The office even has massaging chairs, which made the experience even more relaxing! After putting off dental visits for a while, I actually look forward to coming back thanks to their excellent care. If you’re looking for a great dental team, this is the place to go!

Went here with an emergency, and all the ladies there were ever so helpful and polite and just lovely. I was essentially at deaths door (it felt) but they were marvelous. Would definitely recommend, especially to someone whose nervous of dental activities like myself.

Amazing! Had been dealing with an unbearable pain from a previous dental repair weeks prior. Was unable to get in anywhere until the following week due to it being Friday. They had a cancelation and squeezed me in for a 630pm emergency root canal. I was so grateful for accommodating me last minute and relieving me of this unbearable pain. Great reception staff, great dental staff.

Do not recommend Dr Alan Chan who’s the owner of the clinic as well. I had wisdom tooth removed from Dr Chan, even after 1 month the pain didn’t go away, so I booked a follow up (which they should have booked one after the surgery). Dr Chan at the follow up, asked me to book a root canal for the tooth next to the removed tooth. The dental assistant at that time questioned him about how come he didn’t know this at the time of wisdom tooth removal. I have had healthy teeth all my life so this didn’t resonate with me and I went for a second opinion to one to the renowned dentists in town. On examination with the new dentist, I was told that my tooth is completely healthy, no root canal needed and the gum is taking some time to close and prescribed me a toothpaste off the counter to help with that. Within 4 days of using the toothpaste my pain was gone and I didn’t have any issues after that. It feels so sad to experience this. As a follow up, I wanted to talk to Dr Chan on the phone and the receptionist Sasha and the manager Nadine working there that time were very rude to me and told me that Dr Chan is not going to speak to me and hung up the phone. They also billed me for the wisdom tooth removal follow up appointment, which was supposed to be a free follow up after the surgery.

Went for a checkup and cleaning. Katelyn (sorry about possible spelling issues) did an amazing job. Never had a moment I was uncomfortable or in pain while relaxing on the massage chair. My teeth feel great and the banter was as well.

Stoneycreek Village Dental, they are amazing. The staff’s were great, all smile. They’re dentist was accommodating. I don’t have dental insurance and scared it was expensive, but not. Thank you.
