Had my first cleaning here a couple months back with Britney who my mother (a retired hygienist) recommended, and that was good. Other day had a filling done by the dentist. Seemed like good bed-side manner; waited for freezing to take effect and had applied the anesthetic carefully. Didn’t seem to be too aggressive while doing the work - never felt pain or discomfort. The work seemed good as well. Also had uv whitening done.

Update (a few days later): Wow… again, excellent service while dealing with my infected tooth/inflamed nerve. Root canal went really well, and incredibly, after 35 years of having various dental work, i now know that after the anesthetic you aren’t actually supposed to feel pain the entire time (which has sadly always been my experience). Very thankful, Dr. Moon for your professional bedside manner.

Disgusting, Was told I needed a driver so both my wife and I took the day off work for tooth extraction. 20 min before appointment they canceled. No care in the world given,, happy to rebook though for me to miss more work. Try YMM dental,, they salvaged my day and fixed things second I called

So....Dr Yap has been my dentist since we were in our 20's when he started practicing. There is nothing I can state that fully conveys how much I trust and appreciate his knowledge, care and compassion. I feel safe in the chair and I know that the best professionals that specialize in dentistry are taking care of me. This includes the Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants that I have seen through the years. Now as a senior I humbly appreciate the way Dr Yap and his Dental Assistants talk things over with me, explain procedures to me and develop plans for my treatment so I walk out with my dignity in tact. I don’t like going to the dentist. I had to get 2 fillings. I didn’t have any pain. Only the general discomfort and vibration from drilling. The dentist and hygienist were efficient and pleasant.and they direct billed to my insurance. Like I say… I have to go to the dentist so they were just fine and I would recommend them to friends and family.
