This office is not qualified. They will schedule appointments for my partner, for which she takes time off work, then turn around 24 hours before the appointment and say it was a mistake. They will try to reschedule, saying it's not their fault or problem.

This appointment was for a medication refill that she can not function without for a serious health condition (they were notified about how low on the medication she was and that she had until Tuesday to get it refilled)

This has been the case for the last three years. She constantly calls and leaves voicemails to try to get appointments, only for them to finally schedule, call, and reschedule at the last minute.
The receptionist continuously cut us off while we were trying to explain how it was ridiculous, as she needed this appointment, and how serious her condition was.
If you overbook yourself, that's on you, not the patient. Fix your mistakes.

This office is incredibly unprofessional. The rudeness of the receptionist saying,
"You can't say that to us," when I told them it was ridiculous, and they needed to fix their mistake, not push it off to a suffering patient, it should be enough for anyone to understand this review.
She also tried to say that my girlfriend is "an adult" essentially and to speak for herself. Even though she was in tears from pain caused by her health condition and the stress, this office put off her appointments.

We can't even begin complaining about the service since she never gets appointments.

I am so disappointed at my recent care with this facility.
I’ve been with them for almost 5 years. It would take weeks, if not months, for me to get an appointment, Multiple calls, and Multiple reschedulings.
Recently, I’ve been dealing with a very serious health issue that is debilitating. They have been made aware of this, and they were aware that I was getting low on medication that I need to function, so their “Nurse” Scheduled my appointment for Tuesday, which was great. I took time off work and moved my day around to accommodate my health.
Not only did I get a call less than 24 hours later saying that the “Nurse” made the wrong appointment, but it wasn’t their “fault” and that they could reschedule me for next week!
I was astounded. (I told them that was unacceptable as I would be out of my medication by then and wouldn’t be able to go to work, function, etc.) Not only was I in extreme pain, out of my medication, but now they were pushing me around as I was trying to advocate for myself, but they kept cutting me off. They would not understand that they messed up and it was inappropriate, so My partner had to advocate for me, and they basically told him to mind his damn business.
After rescheduling me because they knew they messed up (same day as the original appointment but at a different time, So I had to notify my work and reschedule again ), not even an hour and a half before my appointment, they cancelled on me again and said we were “trying to help” and did “our best” (with attitude of course)

It's incredibly unprofessional. Please, everyone who’s reading this, find a physician who cares about you and prioritizes your health. You shouldn’t have to advocate for yourself this hard to be listened to. I’m sorry for anyone else who has experienced this.

I've had doctor Helen as my family doctor for 5+ years now, and she has always been great. The only downside is the office hours.. I've went down a few times throughout the week to pick up a prescription and the office was closed (1pm on a wednesday) which is unfortunate for us who work until 4pm across town. Other than that, I would recommend Dr.Helen!

I avoid writing any bad reviews as i know that people work hard to get their license(no option for 0 star). she tried to put me on anti-anxiety meds twice just coz i was having mood swings form periods (doesn't make sense). i had to rush to emergency clinic as was having severe hematuria and irregular periods(called them twice they never gave me appointment to see her). my goal was to end taking medication for hypothyroid(cleared with her on 1st day). she made me take same dose for 6mnths even when my thyroid level drooped to hyperthyroid. went to other dr and they said that my irregular periods might be coz im taking more dose for thyroid than needed. Good that im form medical background otherwise she would have ruined my life.

Heard a lot of positive things about doctor helen, apparently for overall clinic experience thumbs down. Staff and specially front desk were not very helpful. And they dont accept new patients. I dont know if they just accept whoever they feel like taking in coz I know somebody that they just recently took in as a new patient but I came in there weeks before and was asking if they're taking new patients and they just simply answered me NO. No explanations at all.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient, I was informed that they are only taking new patients that are "new to town and don't have a family Dr." so... yeah... I've been in town 10 years and can't get a Dr apparently.

I have called the clinic 22 times over the last three weeks at varying times between 8:30am and 4:00 pm and have yet to speak to the receptionist. I like Dr. Helen but I don't know how to get in to see her and no office hours are available anywhere.
