Dr ID is a very good doctor. He took good care of me, referred me to specialist and everything was done very fast, he took his time to explain his concerns and make sure I was with my husband. Very good follow up afterwards. He is very busy and need things to get going. If you go there for a little cold flu and others Alison needs to be seen, like any other clinic, he will be kick put always polite and get things going. If you are sitting in the waiting room. This is what you wish for. Not to be waiting hours. He has been my family doctor for at less ten years. And give him a high 5. He saved my life knowing exactly what to look for. He send me right back to hospital with the right tests and he had put his finger on it. Great Doctor! He really cares.

Dr. ID has always been a great doctor for me but his receptionist is awful. They have phone issues that automatically reroute people to a voicemail which never seems to be answered. They have an automated message which when it hits voicemail prompts you to press 1 to confirm who you are before it gives you the information about your appointment (so it's useless). Myself and another guy both showed up for appointments and there was no one in the office. No receptionist to receive people even though it's technically a walk in clinic on the weekends. Please fix your technical issues because I do appreciate Dr. ID as a doctor.

If I could have posted my review with no stars, I would have, but in order to post this comment I had to clinic on 1 star!? The front-end, reception staff are the most rudest people I have ever dealt with! I would suggest that the clinic hire more educated employees to work in their clinic, otherwise they will lose all their patients/clients! Never seeing a doctor in this clinic ever again!

I didn't even get past the nasty rattle snake like receptionist after being referred by Primary Care network. All I said was that I would have loved to been given directions on where to go and then asked if it was part of her job discription to actually help people she hung up then left me a message saying I should find another doctor.

Really love the doctor. The front staff make every call or experience there frustrating. I'm glad I found a really good doctor, but I feel like the front staff there don't want to help or are too preoccupied to help.

The receptionists make the entire process of seeing the doctor terrible. Not only do they ignore patients when they walk in, they place callers on hold so as chat with coworkers. Save yourself the negative experience and go elsewhere.

If i could give 0 stars i would called all day yesturday abs couldn't get through.messages full and still full today. Finally got through today and now waiting on hold 20 minutes and counting. Everytime you call first thing or if her mouth is can i put you on hold. Now they will probally try charge me for missed appointment.

Dr. Id is great but the front office staff NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I have been sat in the waiting area and see them put people on hold just to play with their phone. Very disrespectful.
